Mousestep flicked his ear in greeting, wondering why Bluegaze wasn't looking up at them. "Greetings. It's been a while, it has," Mousestep nodded in agreement, shuffling his paws lightly. "Things are going fine, yes. Prey is running okay." Mousestep frowned, thinking about the few mice he had caught earlier. "Have you seen Hopeclan?" Mousestep meowed eventually, realizing that the third clan was nowhere to be seen. He looked up to see the moon high in the sky, and he hoped it would stay that way.

Flamepaw tilted his head, taking in the scents and noises of the clearing. It was almost overwhelming, but Flamepaw pressed closer to his clan-mates, enveloping himself in their scent. He wanted to talk to someone, maybe make a new friend, but he didn't know who to go to. Flamepaw felt like every cat had already found someone to talk to, and he was just left alone in the mingling of fur and scent. He decided to move away from the crowd, and he eventually made himself comfy next to a tree stump, and watched all the cats padding around eachother. His ears were still drooped, and he was feeling unusually tired, but he couldn't let himself miss this gathering for Starclan themselves.

Sunpelt approached a Thornclan warrior, settling beside the she-cat. "Hello." He meowed, smiling and trying to be friendly. "Thornclan, right? I'm from Leafclan. My name is Sunpelt."

Emberflight - Leafclan - 36 moons - Deputy - Yellowheart
Emberflight's nodded. "I will keep a sharp eye out. In the meantime, you should make sure to take care of yourselves. We do not need bloodshed, especially at a time of peace."

Windfur - Leafclan - 84 moons - Senior Warrior - Dusknose, Bluegaze
Windfur smiled at Bluegaze. "No need to be shy. Whatever it is that's worrying you about talking to us, I can assure you I've either seen or heard worse in my years in the clan." The elder she-cat purred, trying to encourage the younger warrior. Before Arrowpaw and Blossompaw she would never have acted this way, but her two foster kits had helped her learn more empathy towards others.

Leafheart looked up as Sunpelt sat down next to her. She let out a purr. "Good to meet you Sunpelt. I'm Leafheart." She mewed. "I always wondered what it would be like to live in Leafclan. Leaf and leaf you know?" She smirked.

"I guessed that's how we were named. I'm sorry if you don't like it." Eagleoaw mumbled again looking away. Being upset about the she cats from the other clan and now starting to feel hungry, the male didn't like to at all. He couldn't eat again because it would result in the same outcome. Nothing would change and he would just have to starve to death. Looks like this is his final gathering.

"Not about past. You'll make fun of m' looks." Bluegaze spoke up. His voice was full of worry and really, he was worried.

Foxpaw looked at him worriedly. Walking closer to Eaglepaw, she gently pressed against his side comfortingly. "So Lavapool. Tell us about your clan." she said trying to change the subject.

Sunpelt laughed. "I suppose that would be interesting. But the real question would be your ability and willingness to live completely surrounded by a swamp." Sunpelt purred with amusement.

The older warrior shook her head. "Like I said, I've probably seen worse. Even if I haven't, I'm generally not bothered by aesthetics. C'mon now, just lift your head up, young one." Windfur nodded encouragingly to the tom. "I promise it won't be nearly as bad as you're imagining it will."

"I don't want to. He meowed back only seeming to panic even more. The Russian Blue kept breathing in and out to get himself calm again, hopefully. Bluegaze only felt that tactic making him more anxious and now, he would either have to be forced to or a cat lifting his head up for him.

"That's okay Bluegaze," Dusknose said with a smile, "You don't have to lift your face up right now. If you feel comfortable to, we won't mind! But if you decide to keep your head down, that's okay too. Windfur and Mousestep are okay with that, right guys?" She nuzzled him comfortingly, "There's no judgement here."
