"Frostpaw! Wake up!" Flamepaw choked out when Frostpaw wouldn't even look at him. Flamepaw looked over his shoulder to see his clan getting ready to leave for the gathering, and he stood to his paws and gazed towards Frostpaw sadly. "I-I'm sorry, my love." Flamepaw whispered, tears falling from his eyes as he ran away from the she-cat to join his clan. He gazed back to see Frostpaw still sitting at the stream, and he sniffled to himself. Get yourself together. This is your first gathering, and you need to be as alert as possible.

Tigerpaw
Tigerpaw seemed to be watching Echo from the corner of camp. No one but her was over there but she didn't mind. It frustrated her that she didn't know why, but Echo interested her. Most cats got mad or snapped at her because of her personality and words and actions. But he just went along with it. And he was just as sarcastic it seemed. A purred rumbled through her as she imagined how fun they're fights would be.

Echo noticed Tigerpaw's gaze burning into his pelt, and he turned to see her staring towards him with wide eyes. He stuck out his tongue in a joking manor, before padding up to her and flicking her ear with his tail. "Where's everyone going?" Echo meowed in a confused tone, noticing that a lot of the cats were leaving the camp. Panic struck through him as he noticed that not very many cats were staying, and he immediately felt small and fragile as he thought about being left alone again.

Cloudpaw quit hunting and stalked back to camp. Maybe he should ask Wildstar what to do. He padded up to her den and carefully peeked his head in, "Wildstar? If you're not busy could I um, ask you something?"

Following Moonface, Adderfang casually purred, "Are you now? Well that seems great then! I'd say I'm a pretty good swimmer myself. Let's say whoever catches the most fish by the time Wildstar calls us back for the gathering gets to pick their meal first?"

"Alright then. Have any ideas? Maybe somewhere away from the river," She glanced over to Adderfang chittering with Moonface, " Does the pine forest area sound okay? Or do you want to stick closer in case Wildstar calls cats for the gathering?"

Cloupaw shifted a bit uncomfortably, "Well, ever since Whiteriver died, I-uh, I haven't had a mentor. I was just thinking about it and, I'm almost twelve moons, but I'm behind the other apprentices in training. I was just wondering if, after the gathering, possibly tomorrow, if maybe I could have a new mentor?"

Cloudpaw bowed his head to his leader, "Thank you, Wildstar," He turned away and walked over to the apprentice den, where he fell asleep.

"Calm down, it's just a gathering. It's where our clan and the neighboring ones go to one place for a single night of truce" she explained before grabbing Echo's tail with her teeth. She bit down gently and bared her teeth in a playful way.

Echo let out a sigh of relief, turning his head away from Tigerpaw. He yowled as he felt something prick his tail, and he turned to see Tigerpaw grasping it in her fangs. He narrowed his eyes and bared his teeth, waiting until the she-cat turned her head to pounce on her. "Find your own personality, cause mine's already taken." He hissed playfully, quoting the she-cat from earlier, and rustling Tigerpaw's whiskers with his warm breath. He pinned her down with his forepaws and nipped at her ears, happy that he finally had someone that could keep up with his playfulness. He leaped off of her and groomed a paw, drawing it over his ear, before turning his gaze towards the cats leaving to the gathering. "Are you going?" Echo asked excitedly, his tail swaying as he thought about even more cats than the ones in Thornclan.
