Hey, I feel you there. I'm currently going through the same sort of thing, no idea how to even break to my parents that I'll skip my exams.
But there's no shame in repeating a grade. It's going to give you a chance to catch up on the material, and will likely reduce your stress a lot because you'll already know many of the things that'll be covered in class (so you have more time to focus on preparing for the stuff you are struggling with).
People might make comments, but honestly, they're wrong if they're condescending.
I don't know what kind of education you're currently getting, but where I live, in university it's completely normal to see someone having to take a class again. People don't bat an eye at it because hey, the work can be overwhelming.
So if you do have to repeat that grade, disregard the ones who feel the need to make awful comments. What's much more important is your health/wellbeing, and reduced stress can do wonders to that (and to your motivation, too!).
Best of luck; please take care of yourself.

I wish I could just get over this darn obsession of getting on my computer to talk with people instead of studying like I should be for the five exams that I have coming up. I already know that I'm going to likely get a bad mark on one of them because it's my least favorite class and it was announced last minute whereas the other four we've known about since the start of the year. I just want to curl up somewhere and cry from all this conflict between myself and other things. ;n; I'm trying yet I feel like I'm failing myself and those around me.

my head is swarming with algebra right now so all of this most likely will not
make any sense c:.
i'll respond to the last two pages!

ohh, good luck!
you'll be better soon!
this may not help you sleep, but listen
to asmr or relaxing music.
or if you have a cd player, buy some
nature tunes and listen to the rain in the rainforest
fall on the trees.
it sounds beautiful.
good luck <3

listen, health is far more important
than an exam and a driving lesson
i'm sure you're already probably at school,
but you may do worse when you're not feeling your best
you can redo both of those things,
so don't worry.
i hope you feel better soon,
and good luck <3

Get the notion I'm not good enough
Come back and deal with you
And restart
hey, you'll be okay
you aren't forced to do anything
first, take a day break and relax
after being sick, your body needs to heal
you are good enough,
you're perfect just the way you are.
do what you gotta do, my friend!
good luck <3

and my "friends" are butthurt over me leaving the little group bc they left me when we went to go get drinks (:
it's fine that you left the groupchat,
don't worry.
don't feel bad for it, if they're not making you feel
good then don't hang around them so much
you can get through the day!
you'll be just fine!
just take a few breaths and you got this.
(ps. about the person, you'll be fine
you'll find someone else to love and you'll realise
they weren't worth your time. you're much better,
and they're missing out on a whole lot.)
good luck <3
calfreezy wrote:disassociation man. i'm telling you it's going to make me insane. whew my head is a roller coaster and i want off

then get off!
but don't jump off.
take your time, and slowly find a new way
to live a happy life.
you'll do great!
good luck <3

download an app called SelfControl!!
you put in a timer for how long you want to study and put
in websites you want to "block" for that amount of time
it's great!
okay, make a schedule.
do an hour studying of each subject, with a 20-30 minutes
break in between so your brain can rest.
i say spend the longest on your least favourite class.
you'll ace the exams!g
good luck <3

ah, thank you for replying. honestly I feel a lot better knowing I'm not the only one in this situation. I know I'm not alone, but my mom kind of emphasizes how 'good' she thinks my grades are, which doesn't help. all of my brothers where held back, but it feels like they have more of an excuse being younger/having health issues/learning disabilities.
the best of luck to you, too.

;-; pls i need help
i'm the same!
my math class is terrible, and the teacehr has no control
my best bet is don't get involved
sit down and ignore everyone
seems hard, i understand
but if you just get straight into your
work it may help.
maybe complain to your teacher/other teachers
and how you would like to work in a better
environment.
good luck <3
