"Great. There's a full moon tonight, I wonder if they'll be a gathering.

He shrugged "But obviously we can't go."

Blackstar trod along the path that had been stepped on by generations of cats then stopped. "Cats are somewhere near here."

Blazeeye tipped his head.

He smiled "Blazeeye, first priority should be camp. We're still building it and we don't even have food at this point. And if we go to a gathering and the other clans see us, remember that we're brand new, they don't know about us, and they'll probably chase us out or trash this place."

Lionblaze ran ahead and halted.
"There's so much prey scent I can't dec-" he stopped as a jet black tomcat rammed into him and they both hit the ground.

Blackstar looked over a rock and narrowed his eyes. A group of about eleven massive cats were standing in a circle, but they all looked unusual. One had tabby cat markings with a white chest and a blue jay feather tied around his neck.

Blazeeye thought it over.
"Their patrols may be out hunting in our land since its been unused for so long. It would be bad for one to find our cats and we just tell them randomly that we're a new clan. We don't know their strength yet."
