Stormpaw blinked a bit caught off guard before the rumbling of his stomach saved him and he chuckled, "My stomach would rather do the talking for me," he joked with a smirk.

"no I did," fawnkit said, flicking her tail then she watched a seemingly huge black she-cat raise from her nest. "you three should know better then to come into the warriors' den, come on them, let's go to you're mother," she said then started to shoo them out and towards the nursery. "deerwing, I found you're kits in the warriors' den," she said to the queen.

The apprentice's green eyes widened in surprise as he looked at the two warriors. Whatever had attacked them must've really been dangerous and for all they knew it could still be on their territory. He turned and ran quickly to the medicine cat's den. Cedarpaw had heard that Beetlenose wasn't feeling well, so he frantically called for Fadedecho. "Fadedecho, come quickly! Something happened to Thornstep and Beestrike!"

The white warrior flattened his ears against his head as he heard the commotion that went on. His blue eyes gleamed with worry for the clan as he glanced towards the entrance occasionally. After the badger attack had happened, the tom started to feel the tiniest bit paranoid. ''Well, I've caught scents that were stale, but none of them were fresh. Frosttail looked back towards Mousewhisker, his voice filled with worry for the clan, ''I hope that everyone's okay.'' His fluffy tail swept from side to side.

deerwing frowned at her adopted kits, fawnkit and silverkit. she nodded at the warrior. "thank you." deerwing said and then looked at her kits. "i'm very disappointed in you two. you know you aren't supposed to go into the warrior's den."

silverkit looked at her paws, feeling ashamed. "we are sorry mother," she mumbled, wanting to curl up in the corner and cry. silverkit hated it when her mother was disappointed in her.

sagestep chuckled as they arrived in camp. "we're here!" she said happily, looking at stormpaw with a friendly smile. she walked over to the fresh kill pile and chose the last rabbit. she grabbed it in her jaws and padded back over to stormpaw. sagestep set it down and sat down next to him, wrapping her bushy tortoiseshell and white tail around her paws.

Splashleaf sighed. "I actually haven't been able to hunt recently." She answered, her feathery tail flicking.

witheredcloud nodded then said, "i will be moving into the nursery soon, I hope there is room for me," she joked.
