Okay I'm starting to get a tad annoyed with the Howrse events. They honestly take ages to complete, and are practically impossible unless you're able to purchase passes. I was so close to earning something from the Christmas event (two baubles from getting the horse >.<) but I was unable to due to the time limit and the fact that I don't buy passes.

I really hope they fix this in future because I actually want to be able to complete an event.

Yes, I definitely get the sense that Howrse just reuses templates and stuff, but I guess it's a lot of time to create these things. I wonder if the other 3 mazes are similar to past events?

In my experience, I know I won't get the legendary, so I just get as many presents as possible to make the most out of the situation.

I don't understand, each move costs 20 paces but you only get 2-4 paces per hour (from what I've seen). It seems a bit much, 2 paces per move would be more reasonable...

5 is what the max is, which is what most people do as it makes things much easier.
Four hours for one move, essentially.

I wish we could make aging points in workshops like we can bonuses and mashes. Then maybe I'd be able to have more than 10 at a time. Is there a spot to do suggestions on howrse? I don't think I've found any place for it yet.

No there isn't anymore. Only the vip forum is really the only place you can go 'out of bounds' with the forum rules and subjects, etc.
