Many, many years ago, the humans were all killed, as surprising as it may seem. A disease spread across the world, growing too strong and infecting and killing too many too quickly for anybody to come up with a cure quickly enough. Those evil creatures who tore down trees and destroyed the environment of so many were gone. With the monsters of the world gone the forests became overgrown, cities taken over by other beasts, and animals were no longer killed to the point where they were near extinction. There rose a pack of wolves called the Pack of the Day that resided in a small abandoned city. This pack became incredibly powerful, and many creatures across the land started calling the alphas of this pack Gods. The Gods of the Day. The leaders of the pack were a brute named Balavan and a fae named Bellatrix. After becoming seen as gods by wolves as well as well as other animals, they made a move to take over more land. The only issue was that there was another pack that was nearly the same size in the forest that the sun pack wanted to obtain. This pack was called the Pack of the Moon. The pack of the Moon was run by the alphas Neron and his mate Mahsa. While the Pack of the Day was greedy, always waning more than they had, the Pack of the Moon was powerful, but never took more than they needed to survive. The Pack of the Day hesitated for a long time before trying to take the forest, finally allowing their ego to take control of them and telling themselves that they were more powerful than any. They made their move to drive out the other pack at night, not expecting the other pack to be ready for it. Little did they know that the opposing Pack was always ready. They knew of the Pack of the Days greed, and knew it would not be long until they tried to take their land. That night there was a bloody battle between two great packs.

Neron and Mahsa were the first targets in the battle. But the other pack did not know that they had one pup, a fae named Astra, who would take on the role of alpha. A few trusted friends of the alphas had been told to get their daughter away from the pack until after the war between two packs.

In the end, the Pack of the Moon "won' the battle, but had suffered many, many casualties, over half of their pack having been killed, but not as many casualties as the Pack of the Day had faced, and the new alphas are the new "gods". Today, there is only one pack that stands, and that is the Pack of the Moon, or as some would say the Pack of the Gods. It has been quite a long time since the battle. Many generations. Astra is long gone, as well as her pups and theirs, but the leader now is an ancestor of the original great alphas. The pack is thriving, but there are many loners in the forest and nearby city now. Those that are ancestors of the Pack of the Day, and have not forgotten that the Pack of the Moon destroyed their own pack. all they want is revenge on the pack.

★ I am somebody who loved coding. Try to make your forms and posts pretty. It doesn't have to be spectacular or anything, just a smaller font and/or color when your character is speaking.
★ Forms may not be posted here. post them on the discussion thread. if you post a form here you will be asked to remove it, and there will be a chance of you not being accepted because of not reading my rules.
★ You may have one wolf with a high rank. High ranks are alphas, betas, deltas, lead fighter, lead huntress, lead scout, healer, and elders.
★ Please disable your signatures. You can keep them up in the discussion/forms thread I would just prefer to keep this thread neat.


★ Only hunt for food. if the kill pile is stocked do not hunt until it gets low enough that some will not be able to eat.
★ Fighters do not need to take orders from the alphas, betas, or deltas. They only take orders from the lead fighter. The same rules apply for hunters and scouts.
★ Queens, elders, and pups who are eating solid food are always the first to eat in the pack in winter.
★ When the alphas pass away, their rank will be inherited by their eldest pup. if the pup is too young to rule, the Betas will do the roles of the alphas until the kin of the alphas is old enough. Its the same for Betas and Deltas.
★ if a wolf kills another in his/her pack, unless it is in self defense that can be proven, they will be exiled.
★ Students will be in training for either a fighter, hunter, or scout until they are two years old.
★ Two wolves with the ranks such as beta and alpha may not become mates.

Khalon was never a morning wolf before his parents died and he became the Beta. In fact, before he took this position he was just a slacker in general. he had been a fighter, but slept in every morning, and only did anything productive when he felt like it. Once he took on his new position, he was grieved because of the death of his parents, and found him taking the new rank very seriously. Getting up before sunrise any morning and helping whenever it was possible, whether it was helping the hunters out on a hunt or going with the scouts to get a bear off the property-not that that had ever happened. The brute opened hie eyes, feeling a breeze entering his den. it felt nice. not too cool, but soothing. With a huff he lifted his body to his feet and sauntered out of his den tiredly, looking around the camp and allowing hie eyes to land on the kill pile. in these few weeks of nice weather the prey had been kind to them, the pile stocked and a deer carcass which he only assumed the hunters had caught last night lying on top. He looked to the sky to see the sun just showing itself, casting a golden glow over the already brightly colored forest. He grinned and stretched out his legs out a bit, also letting himself yawn before padding down to the kill pile and grabbing himself a small hare from near the bottom of the pile, wanting to save the larger and fresher morsels for his pack mates. he padded over to one of the edges of camp, the hare dangling from his jaws, before he settled down to enjoy his meal.

The white fae let her eyes flutter open as a beam of sunlight entered the den that she had been staying in for the past few nights, which was just a strange shaped twisting tree with an almost hollow part in the bottom. She lifted for her head a moment late, and let a massive yawn escape from her jaws. Around her the fae could hear the birds chirping from the branches above her and the stream that ran through the forest trickling nearby. She got to her paws and arched her back, stretching before leaving her den. She looked back at the tree and offered it a smile, "Thank you for housing me again. I may be back tonight" She said before turning and heading off in the direction of the stream, enjoying the feeling of the late rays of sun on her back. she would be unhappy when the snow would start fallin, but she could enjoy the bright colors of the leaves and the crisp but not too cold weather for now. Aspen reached the stream and stopped, looking around cautiously before lowering her head to take a drink. She couldn't help but be slightly cautious of the pack wolves around here. They knew most of the loners were from the ancient Pack of the Day, and she was constantly they would try to drive her away. After taking a long drink from the stream she turned and headed off to one of her favorite places in the forest. it was just an area where the trees thinned out some and you could find large boulder. It didn't take her long to arive, and once she did she chose herself one of the large boulders and leaped up, lying in the patch of fresh sunlight that was shining down and closing ehr eyes, her eyes still somewhat tired. She opened them again, only to be greeted with the sight of a small roly poly walking around on the stone in front of her face, "oh hello there" She said, lifting her head and looking down at the insect, "Such a lovely day isn't it? It will be such a shame when the snow comes, hmm" She said, looking around at the trees.

Freya jumped feeling the cold splash of water on her face as a rabbit hopped into a bush and splashed dew all over her muzzle. With the smallest grunt the fae pulled herself up and padded back to camp, her ears half flattened and her tail swaying behind her. Staring down at her paws the fighter watched as her paws made little marks when she walked and a little smile pulled at her lips when she thought about having breakfast.

Her amber eyes scanned the territory for her sister who was nowhere to be found and her ears perked when she smelled Esperanza close by. The soft chirping of birds soothed her as she waited for her sister to arrive with what smelled like a bunny and a bird. Her tail wagged when she saw a little ladybug on the ground before her and she crouched down to see it. Her amber eyes rested on the red and black spotted bug in front of her nose and she felt it tickle her nose as it landed on her snout. She let out a soft chuckle seeing as nobody was around to hear her. Tilting her nose toward the ground she let the ladybug off easily and she saw her little lister emerge from the brush near her. "I see you caught me a bird, baby sister. Thank you" she said nosing her smaller half's neck in appreciation for her meal. Freya then dissapeared into the forest to eat her meal in peace, wondering if she would get a to speak with one of her friends.

Esperanze leapt into the air catching the birdy by it's wing and pulling it down with her. When she landed on the ground she pinnked the small bird down with her paw and snapped it's neck gently. Grabbing the rabbit and the bird with her jaws she carried them back to camp and as she saw the lighter creamy pelt of her sister, she paused and dropped the bird for her. A toothy smile was given to Freya as she felt the wet nose of her sister on her neck. With a nod she looked at her sister "You're welcome, Freya" she nodded and watched her sister pad off into the forest. Looking around for anyone to talk to she didnt see anyone, but wondered if maybe somebody was awake.
