You can change facts like Sakura can be in the Akatsuki(please dont torture the Akatsuki by putting Sakura or Karin in the group) Original members have to stay in the Akatsuki. If you insist on having one out of Naruto character then you can only have one and they must have a crush on one Original Naruto character.

Plot:

After capturing Gaara and draining him of his Jinjuriki. Pein and the rest of the Akatsuki members plan to kill Naruto, Shikamaru and Neji find out and run to tell Tsunade. Kabuto tells Tsunade that she is to late and Pein will do anything to rule the Jinjuriki. Meanwhile behind Peins back Tobi is planning a more special and eviler plot. Orochimaru is still alive and so is Itachi(yay). The members are still alive...all of them. The hunt for Naruto is afoot, one more raid of the Leaf village will tell them. Konan is leading the raid....it should end well.
