FR usually doesn't have their ads in the ad system since registration isn't open all the time, but i'm guessing since they're open for a few days they asked to be added to the pool again.
i remember during the last reg window i was seeing ads for FR while bonding with my familiars, so i think that's what's happening now lol

I think FR is just running ads through the same ad company that shows ads on CS. Adoptable Game sites often have ads for other adoptable game sites on them because the audience is the same people that they would want on their site (and would most likely be interested in their site as well. C: )

(best thing is that you can use the scroll on an adult and it will make them a baby again. So you can save for a long time and then use the scroll. C: )
