Ron groaned and sluggishly sat up as he woke to the noise of the boys mill about around the dorm. He had been looking forward to coming back to Hogwarts all year. Though, he wished that this year would be normal. He didn't want to have to deal with any large spiders or deranged defense against the dark arts teachers this year. Ron leaned over and looked at his wrist watch on his night stand. His eyes widened in shock realizing the time. "Bloody Hell!" he practically yelled and he shot out of bed and ran to change. He was going to miss all the good biscuits and ham if he didn't get ready right now. Some of the other boys rolled their eyes at him, but Ron ignored them. They honestly did not appreciate the wonderful food Hogwarts had to offer. Ron quickly put his clothes on and tried to fix his tie knowing some teachers inspected his clothes because he had a habit of being out of dress code. He looked over at Harry and said, "I'll see you down for breakfast; i'll save the best ham for you and Hermione." He then headed down the spiral stair case towards the dinning hall. He wanted to be one of the first to eat what was served that morning.

- Hufflepuff
Tomas was already up at dawn that morning knowing he had to finish one last page of his summer homework. As Tomas finished his last description of a complicated enchantment he sighed in relief. He then rolled up the parchment and stuffed it into his school bag. He then look at the time and sighed with relief he still had plenty of time before his next class. He then got dressed and headed towards the dinning Hall. Once he reached the hall the food was already out and ready for consumption. He then perked up when he noticed Mae already sitting down at the Hufflepuff table. He quickly walked over to her and said, "How have you been doing? I just got finished with some Charms homework from the summer." He then laughed and sat down next to her, "I should have finished it already but Mum was always on my back if she saw me doing it." Tomas then picked some bacon off the tray near them and put it on his plate. He then noticed the bags under Mae's eyes and smiled slightly, "It won't take you long to get back into the gist of things."

ＣＥＲＶＵＳ - (hufflepuff)

Cervus disliked getting up early. He slept as late as he could, he didn't care much about breakfast, he usually only had tea anyway. Today was one of the rare occasions that he got up early. He sat slumped over the Hufflepuff table, groaning to himself as his mug sat empty next to his newspaper. His eyes traced over the words without interest, heaving a sigh from his lips. Cervus looked around the hall and wished to himself that something or someone would perhaps make his early rising worth while. Maybe class would pull him from this tired boredom.

ＦＲＥＤ ＆ ＧＥＯＲＧＥ - (gryffindor)

The twins had risen quite early, as usual, and began to plan the grand scheme of things for the day. Mostly, it was just thinking about something original to stir up class with. The Weasleys sat at their usual table, Fred with a mouthful of bread as he looked over some chicken scratch that George had passed him, half filled with plans and half with notes from class. Fred managed to swallow the lumps of food he had barely chewed before nodding in agreement with his brother. "Yeah, that's good," he leaned back in his chair and cocked an eyebrow. "You should eat something, though." George shrugged and reached over the table, only to gaze at Ron as he dashed into the hall, obviously overly excited about breakfast.

eddie woke up early, like he was used to. the first day of a new year at hogwards was awaiting for him and he wasn't going to miss it now wasn't he? after the usual 'getting dressed in his uniform' routine which mostly consisted of him almost strangling himself with his tie until he figured it out, eddie walked out the slytherin dungeons and towards the dining room. he sat down in his usual seat, as far away from the teacher's table as possible, mostly because he hated being around teachers. slytherin or not, he was a lazy student, that's why he was definitely not a ravenclaw.

fang and his lazy arse woke up surprisingly early. the gryffindor boy was surprisingly energetic today, call it excitement because he was back at hogwards. if you were to ask him where he liked it best it would have been hogwards. he dashed out of the gryffindor tower, eager to get to breakfast and see everybody, and by everybody, it was mostly the other gryffindors. once he did finally arrive, fang sat in the first seat he saw, happy to see everyone again. fang set himself up a small sandwich and took a bit out of it before looking around a bit, not even knowing who to talk to first.

albus had been one of the first people to be awake, quite excited to once again see his students as well as any new students that were to join hogwards. he stood in front of fawkes, smiling at the majestic bird yet another year at hogwards he said to the phoenix before turning around and walking out of the office and towards the great hall. once he did arrive, he got out his deluminator, allowing the light from it to travel to the candles in the great hall. he then waited patently for the teachers and students

Julietta arose from her four-post, having been the smart one to take a shower before bed last night she had no need to rush. Her white waist length wavy hair was all straggly and messy from her bed head. Tiredly her hands moved freely as the silk green blankets were made neat and tidy. Looking at one of the large mirrors in the girls Dormitory, she brushed her hair making it nice and neat. She put on school uniform, and then her robe with her house symbol. Grabbing all of her books and her wand she packed it all into her bag, walking out of the dormitory to the Slytherin Common room. Her blue eyes peered around in search of Draco, who she was normally seen with but wasn't seen. She assumed Crabbe, Goyle and Blaise were still in their Dorms. So she decided to go to the great hall by herself, hopefully bumping into Draco somewhere in the corridors.

Logan emerged from the boys dorm on his way to the great hall, His books under his left arm and his wand in the other. He had assumed he was going to be late for breakfast since he was always such a late riser. Coming into the great hall he saw his fellow Gryffindor members, coming up to the long table. "Hiya Fred, Hiya George, Ron." he addressed the Weasley brothers. Logan always looked up to the Weasley twins since they were such pranksters and always up to no good and Logan gladly followed in their footsteps. He noticed the Twins with a sheet of paper they were holding, taking it from there hands skimming over it. "Whats this rubbish? Blimey, are they your new plans for your schemes? Bloody brilliant that is."

Evelynn walked down from the female dorm in which she was staying. Most of her fellow Hufflepuffs were already down at the breakfast. A loud grumble echoed out from her stomach, waiting patiently on the couch for Eira to wake up. She wasn't going anywhere with out her friend. So while she waited, she pulled out some of her books and began looking through them to see what type of things she'd be learning this year. I hope I dont have a lot of classes with those Slytherins she thought to herself giving a shutter. If it was once house she hated the most and feared, it were those nasty, Slytherins.

Luna sat at the Ravenclaw table her nose in her book called the Quibbler, in which her father was editor for. Her book was upside down, and she wore her Spectrespecs, and she had the most curious look on her face. Patiently waiting for some of her fellow Ravenclaw members to come to the hall as well. Even if the lot of them found her to be strange, like everyone else at school. But she didn't mind at all. Her legs swayed under the table, as the hall was slowly filling up with students from all of the houses. She was excited to see what classes she had, and who she had them with.

Winter/Snowy
Snowy headed down to the Slytherin common room after she woke up and got dressed. She had her school bag slung over her shoulder and had her headphones on listening to music with the volume up. She knew she would have to put them up before class but for now she decided she would listen to her music while she could. Down in the common room she saw Zero sitting on a couch in front of the fireplace. He was fiddling with bits of metal he always carried with him. Snowy walked over and sat next to him and tapped him on his shoulder. She removed her headphones and put them around her neck as he turned to her.
"Hello Zero! Sleep well?" She said smiling at him.
"I slept fine." Zero signed to her after he put the metal away.
"Excellent. Should we wait for Shadow or head to the great all now?" She tilted her head to the side like a dog that was curious about something.
"He has already left." Zero replyed. Nodding Snowy stood up and led Zero to the great hall to see her brother.


Blake/Shadow
Shadow woke up that morning by being pushed out of bed. After getting up from the tangled heap of blankets on the floor he glared at Zero who stared blankly at him.
"What was that for!?" Shadow shouted at Zero. Zero tilted his head to the side and continued to stare at Shadow like he had not comprehended what he said. "Seriously Zero why would you wake me up like that?" Shadow slumped his shoulders in defeat. It was hard to stay mad at someone who didn't even react when you yelled at them.
"If we do not hurry we will be late for breakfast." Zero signed to Shadow before walking out of the dorm. Shadow sighed before getting dressed and grabbing his school things and heading down stairs. He saw Zero sitting on a couch and walked over to him.
"I thought you said we would be late if we did not hurry." Shadow said has he stood in front of Zero. Zero looked up at him and stared for a moment.
"I am waiting on Snowy." He signed before going back to messing with the metal he had.
"Fine whatever." Shadow sighed and walked out of the dorm heading to the great hall.


Zero
Zero stared at the top of his bed early in the morning. He had barely slept that night and now it was morning. Looking over at his nightstand he saw the tiny portable clock he had modified to work in a magical environment stated the time was 6:50 am. He rolled out of bed and gathered his things to take a shower. After he did that he got dressed wrapping a scarf around his neck to cover his bandages and walked over to Shadow's bed. What would be the best way to wake him up? Zero thought as he tilted his head to the side and stared at the sleeping form of Shadow. He decided to shove him out of bed.
After that whole ordeal Zero sat on the couch after Shadow had left waiting on Snowy to wake up. He fiddled with the metal and wires he had trying to create a tiny robot animal. So far he had no luck and it never functioned properly. It always took him several tries before he could get muggle technology to work in a magical environment. He was so immersed into what he was doing he almost didn't notice when Snowy tapped him on his shoulder to get his attention. After "talking" to her they headed to the great hall.
Upon arriving they sat with Shadow at the slytherin table who was already eating food he put on his plate. He ignored the siblings as they greeted each other and focused on what he was trying to accomplish with the wires and metal. He had been working on this most of the summer he wasn't about to give up now. He absently noticed when Snowy put some bacon and eggs and a biscuit on his plate. He nibbled at the biscuit as he worked on the metal not touching the other food quite yet.

heavy feet abused the ground violently as bard took loud, sluggish steps into the dining hall. the tall 6 foot 7 inch boy had decided an early morning run was in his best interest as he prepped for the up and coming quidditch season, but now his legs were paying the price, fatigued after a whole break with doing minimal exercise. yawning, the blond threw his long legs over the wooden bench of the stretched dining table and plopped down just across from an underwhelmed boy who was reading the paper like it was the last thing he wanted to do.

"Mornin'."

bard let out unenthusiasticly as he began piling his plate with 3 crumpets , 2 hard boiled eggs, 4 grilled tomato halves, and a pile of bacon and sausage so high it could convince anyone that bard was on a strictly carnivorous diet.

" 'scuse me mate," he mentioned toward cervus across from him with a lopsided smile, "would'a mind passin' the jam an' jelly my way?"

Harry Potter/Neville Longbottom
Harry had been awake for quite a while, due to his consistent nightmares. Ron had leaped out of bed and rushed off while telling Harry that he'd save some food for him and Hermione. Before Harry could answer, Ron had disappeared to the great hall where an enormous meal had awaited them. Harry took his covers off and sat at the edge of his bed. Harry had hoped that he wouldn't need to face Voldemort again, but he knew it was inevitable. Harry's thoughts were interrupted by the shy boy, Neville Longbottom. "You coming, Harry?" Neville had asked as he buttoned up his robe. Harry pushed the thoughts away and gave a smile along with a nod. He quickly changed into his school clothes and grabbed his robe, sliding it on, and walked with Neville down to the great hall. "Ron! Hope you have that ham that you promised" He joked as he took a seat beside him, with Neville still by his side.

Eira Morvant
Eira rolled over and opened her tired eyes slightly. Suddenly, she had remembered that there was a meal, along with her friends, waiting for her in the great hall. She stood up, but she had rolled around too much in her sleep, causing the blankets to be wrapped tight around her. She fell forward and struggled to push the blankets away, but managed. Eira stood back up, trying to fix her hair which was a huge mess due to the fact that she had just fallen in addition to the rolling around in her sleep. She changed into her skirt, white shirt and slid her robe over. She examined herself in the mirror to make sure that she appeared presentable and with a nod walked down from the female dorm. Noticing Evelynn waiting for her, she called out as she approached "Evelynn! Sorry, I slept in later than planned!" She rubbed the back of her head and gave a guilty smile.

Aaron Clearwater
Aaron rose with the sun, like he usually did. He prepared himself for the day by properly dressing himself according to the dress code and he decided to hit the great hall early. He grabbed the Daily Prophet off of the end of his neatly made bed and headed down to the great hall, where there was more people than he expected, but of course, many people would likely have slept in. After all, it was just the first day back at Hogwarts. He took a seat, not too far from Luna and barely even noticed her Spectrespecs. He was already well aware that she cared not what other people thought of her and it wasn't any of his business anyway. As far as he was concerned, people were aloud to do as they wished, as long as it didn't effect others negatively. "Luna." He greeted her with a nod as he set the paper down. He grabbed a breakfast sandwich and took bites here and there as he read the paper, in search of important information.

He left the dormitory, humming under his breath. He looked around as he headed to the dining hall, a grin on his face. This was his home. This was where he belonged. As he entered, he saw the tables were already filling up quickly. He spotted his best friend, Logan, and he picked up his pace. Jumping onto the bench, he slid until he lightly bonked shoulders with him. "Good mornin'!" He spun in his seat until he was facing the others. He piled his plate with many fruits and breads, only grabbing a slice or two of meat. Ray took a bite of a slice of peach, and he looked over the Weasley's plans over Logan's shoulder. "Blimey..."

Quietly walking down the stairs and into the grand hall, he sat at the Ravenclaw table. He placed some crumpets and a glass of milk onto his plate, and he started to eat. He was usually alone in the morning, unfortunately. He was a quick eater, so he could get back to his tinkering or studying. He had one of his little toys on the table with him- it was a tiny dragon-looking toy, with real firebreathing powers. It was a work in progress, however.

Draco quickly walked down the corridors- he was almost late for breakfast. He had been up for over an hour, tinkering with the chest in the room of requirement. He was trying to make it connect with it's sister in the town, yet it kept breaking halfway through. The Slytherin prince quickly turned the corner, and crashed right into someone. Their blonde hair was all the way down their back, a bag over her shoulder. Julietta. "Bloody- Julietta."

Rose Collins-Ravenclaw

The sound of squawking filled her dreams, and for a moment she was confused, as the one uttering the sound was a doe in the woods. She woke up with a start, her body lifting from the bed quick as a rabbit. The squawking stopped, and for a moment she thought it really was her dream, before she felt a small weight on her shoulder and the sharp sound of another crow's call filled her ears. The other girls in her dorm were either asleep, or eyed the bird, amused. The girls in this section of the vast sleeping chambers had grown used to the bird waking and demanding food. Rose let out a snort, standing up and grabbing her wand before she got ready for breakfast.

A few minutes later, a drowsy Rose made her way down into the breakfast hall, Star Flight fluttering next to her. yawning, she plopped herself down on the seat next to Luna Lovegood, giving the distracted girl a small smile before grabbing a plate, and a butter plate. On the regular plate she placed all manner of breakfast foods. On the smaller one she placed nut-related food, and a cup of water for the both of them. Star immediately dove in, making small cooing noises here and there. Rose took her time, eyeing the bird with a small giggle.

Ron had his mouth half full of a piece of ham when Harry and Neville sat down. He quickly swallowed and said, "Foods just as good as always." Ron then pushed a plate of ham to Harry. "Got' em just in time before the lot could get the good pieces." He then eyed daggers at one of the second years who was looking at the food Ron had snatched. He then looked around the table and back at Harry, "Where's Hermione? She is usually here by now." Ron then frowned and looked at the plate that he saved for her to eat. Hopefully, she would come by soon; she did have a habit of missing breakfast to run off and study.
Ron then suddenly remembered something he had forgotten to show Harry yesterday. He started to dig through his pockets and his hand felt something sticky. Ron gave a disgusted look, pulled out his hand and revealed it suck with some sort of unidentifiable green substance. Ron then turned around to Fred and George that were sitting not to far away from them, "Stop putting who knows what in my pockets!" Ron sighed and turned back to Harry. "Brothers," Ron muttered to Harry. He then pulled out the sticky Chocolate Frogs card from his pocket. Ron sighed in annoyance, "Well i WAS going to show you something.." Ron then put the smudged up card on the table and said, "Well it was a new dragon card they came out with, it was different than any other Iv'e seen."
Even though they were getting a bit to old for those sort of trading cards; Ron was still interested in the new releases. Ron then said, "My brother took us on a trip this summer. We were able to see some pretty rare beasts, even some dragons." He then laughed, "But he was not supposed to show us them but he did anyways."
