Plus, the first poster didn't start with a capital letter or put a question mark on the end. Anyway, you can't really be complaining, on your post you didn't put a full stop after the word, "Here"! 8-)

I have a question for everyone. ^^ Do any of you consider using the word 'ain't' is not proper? I mean, it technically is a word-it has been put into the dictionary. But most still consider it a word that should not be used. What are your opinions on this?

Also: Wow, I won second place for the contest! *shocked*

Sometimes I use it, although not every second. Not like "I ain't gonna do that, you can't make me!" "That ain't fair.." etc. I'm hungry. *looks for food in kitchen*

All the people around me use "ain't", and I use it occasionally. Just not all the time, like Greenie said.

I rarely use "ain't", what is it shortened from anyway? Not that I have much of a problem with, "ain't," it's "innit," that really bugs me.

I think ain't is like a shortened version of is/am not, but I'm not totally positive.
I don't use it too much, but I use it a lot without realising it.

I know it's "I ain't doing that" "There ain't nothing there". The first would mean "I'm not" while the second would be "Isn't". *confusion*
Ack, it's apparently tick season there.
