"Maybe." I murmured to Killian. I tenatively stuck my hand into the picture again and felt around. I felt something cold and metal so I grabbed it and pulled it out. A hook. "What the..?" I murmured as I lifted it from the page.

Esme looked at the hook, then to the page again. The hook was gone. Esme stuck her hand in the page and tried to find the pendent, but it wasn't in the page, or she thought it wasn't.


Killian looked at the hook in surprise, then looked at his.

"Killian, this is yours. Why is it in the picture?" I asked curiously, examining the hook. It was definitely his. I watched Esme try to grab something and then Henry. Except when Henry did it, his hand bounced off the page. "That's weird." He said, wrinkling his nose a little. He couldn't do it.

"I don't know, love" Killian watched as Henry tried, but it bounced off the page.

Esme saw that Henry couldn't do it and looked at the page, surprised a little.

I handed the hook to Henry and he looked it over too whilst I put my hand back into the page to see if anything else was in there. I couldn't feel anything until I reached what I assumed was the edge of the page. Something cold touched my hand. It had to be the pendant. I tried to pull it out of the page, but I only managed to get the chain out, whatever was attached to the chain was still stuck in the page. "E-Esme, can you get it out?" I asked her.

"Yeah, sure" Esme put her hand in the page and reached the edge of it, and then quickly pulled the pendent out. It glowed a dark real in her hand.

"I-is that it? The salt pendant?" I asked Esme, my heart beating faster. I was nervous now. If we had everything, we only needed to go back to Gold. I had no idea what he would do with this stuff or how it would help.

"I-I don't know. I think so" Esme murmured, looking at it glow more.

"Do you want me to take it?" I offered, noticing the way it was glowing rather ominously. I was worried about what nature this salt possessed. "A-anyway, if we have everything then we should go back to Gold.".

[gone,]

"Yeah, sure" Esme handed it to Emma and as soon as it was off Esme's hand, it stopped glowing.


Killian raised an eyebrow as it stopped glowing.
