The Rose Family

As my first dream litter, these guys hold a special place in my heart. <3 I have a garden of roses, and they're my pride and joy. These five kinda represent that.

This guy deserves explanation. This is Misha. He's dressed a little crazy because he's named after Misha Collins, one of the two people I really look up to. ^^;

Kemuel and Raziel

I love the Coon litter. I used to not like the bland colors, but the day they finally grew on me, I knew I had to have these guys. I had a very mighty need for them.
The Coontail is, without a doubt, my favorite of the two, but the Noncoon has its own beauty that... yeah, I really couldn't ignore it. And dressed as the angel of knowledge... it really suits him, I think.

Supernatural

Apparently, I'm not complete if I don't have a Supernatural something laying around. And in the group Castiel is linked to, I have a whole bunch of Supernatural hiding in my account. ID
Castiel himself, though, isn't in the group. I'm rather proud of his dressup, so he's in my Unsorted group, on display.

Priestly

This silly little guy is Priestly, from Ten Inch Hero. Jensen Ackles did such a good job with his character... I just needed a Priestly in my account. :B

Benedict Cumberbatch and Martin Freeman

The Depression horses strike a chord in me, because I've been diagnosed with depression, and have been fighting it for a long time. This is my way of taking the bull by the horns and wrestling it to the ground.

Null Nick horses are... they're like a joke hoard that got out of hand. xD I currently hold the record for the largest single-variation Nick pet hoard with these, and I don't know how. :B But I kinda love the little monsters.

My grandfather on my dad's side loved to watch the chickadees, and that's kinda stuck with me since he passed. So this is for him. <3

This is a hoard of excess hoard pets that I've gotten after reaching my goal(s). I want to keep them, but I typically have a specific goal for a good reason and don't want to mess up my numbers... so they go here.
It has no goal, or anything, and it's certainly not active. But it's there. c:

The Atlantic stretched for miles, flickering with color from the red sky as the sunset faded. Behind us were stories of dust and nations fallen to their own pride during the Beltsville crucible, and before us was a delicate future, like the trailing notes of a sputtering music box, and it was all we could do to remind ourselves to hold fast hope, and share what we knew with each other, and maybe... maybe we could find a path or a sign, anything, that could get us to safety. We'd been told the story before, how the leaders had cried, "The Earth will shake with the dishonor you bring! You will bring death to us all!" from their opulent mansions at the people on the streets, the very image of the invisible nation of poverty, starved and begged and stole, hoping that, between the end and where they laid, there was change, or a day of reckoning. That someday, they could stand and feel their worth, and feel like they mattered.

Those who felt that dream the most, fooled by lies and manipulation, were the first to take the bait of leadership in the protests. Nobody... nobody ever saw them again.

Some said it started at the death of the artist in the ambulance. The next day, like a sparking phoenix ignition, the news of his murder lit a torch to end all torches in the hearts of the revolution. Once, a long time ago, a man likened the explosion of a bomb to a story where a god declared himself death - or time, the destroyer of worlds. The destroyer wasn't a god. It was never a god. Only mankind was foolish enough to burn the world, watch the ruins fall, then stand where idols once stood watch over their people and celebrate. We are told that betrayal is a symptom of something more, something worse; a subtle dagger in the back of trust. To what end have we ignored that? We find ourselves in this... this identity crisis of 'us' and 'them', when we're all human, we share the same home, the same needs... to fight them is to dig our own grave, because whatever kills them... kills us, too.

After the initial upheaval, the backdraft came. The revolution was forced to flee to open water, to run to the lost continent and hope for the abolition of man in years to come, or face the mask of red death, backed by cold cash and colder hearts, to ensure the safety and well-being of the tyrants.

And now... we seek this... there used to be a lady who stood in a harbor, who welcomed people like us. She had this... this torch, and she told all newcomers, 'Come, all you weary', before she led them to safety. Chances are, she's dead now, but... we can't not try. Maybe someone, somewhere, will find this recording, and will help us. Maybe... maybe they'll lead us home... or... or, they can bury our bones, if the water hasn't claimed us. If nothing else, then, our bones would be buried on free land, and... that'll be okay.
