"Jeez, calm down," He growled. "I'm not going back there," He said, looking up at the sky and the moon. "They don't want me here, so here is where I want to be. You aren't on house arrest, Sawyer. You don't have a defiant mindset like myself. What are you doing? I don't understand you."

"Died?" He chuffed. "It would take a lot to even bring me to my knees," He replied. "I didn't think you liked me that much. You always gave me a cold shoulder, it felt like you were telling the Council that I was a mistake, I shouldn't had become a god." He leaned against the wall. He pulled another tuft of shadow and brought Kerket back to his side. "She is my only friend."

"I only attended the concil because I needed too" Sawyer scuffed. "I didn't say anything, and I don't have anyone" He sighed. "I thought that you understanded me"

"Well, you could've said something sooner," He retorted, suppressing a feeling of happiness that had begun to rise. It was only his imagination that made Sawyer seem like a villain in his mind. Finally he broke into a grin, pushing Sawyer playfully. "Dude, I do understand you. Only now, though. If you told me sooner, oh it would have been so much easier if you had told me sooner..."
