This thread has been created as a sort of follow on to Solloby's wonderful Rareness Guide 2008, though it will focus solely on the Dogs and Wolves (considering the numerous specialist guides available on the other pet types). I would like to make a WARNING that this thread is somewhat image heavy.

A note about the new rarity system located on pet pages as opposed to this thread:
My rarity guide judges differently to the rarity system. The system judges pets on the whole site together and compares them. My scale is based on outcomes of the same dog blanket, with a bit of consideration of comparing different blankets.
I'm trying to be as accurate as possible but each month's definition of 'rare' is inconsistent. The months from May onwards get some seriously rare pets. What is 'rare' from January may not be of equal value to a 'rare' from July (for example). Please keep this in mind.

There can be in between ratings (eg. Uncommon/Rare).
You are more than welcome to question the rareness of a dog. I'm by all means no expert.
