Padding along the beach, Jude lifted her ears at the sight of a dumpster. "Oh sweet sweet food.." she barked to herself as she quickened her pace towards the large metal box, her tail wagging madly. Jude looked around for a way to get up in there, her size affecting the jump, with a growl of frustration, she put her front paws on the dumpster her claws making the most annoying sound as they scratched against the metal. With her ears put back she backed up, the sound hurting her sensitive dog ears, "Bloody things.." she said to herself as she went to the other side of the dumpster, stopping herself as she realized there was a large dog there, her ears flattened and she whimpered as she started to back up..

Cookie's ears twitched madly at the sound of the dumpster being scraped. She jumped to her feet, trying so desperatley to make it stop. Suddenly it stopped, though, and she looked up, "What the crap was that..." She made sure to keep her tone low so only she could hear, but before she could think of anything her question was answered.

A young black and pepper female dog stepped out infront of her, whimpering, "Eh, need some food there?" She went around the bend of the dumpster. She hadn't really realized how tall she was until she noticed she could easily get inside to grab a bite. Her paws dug through pizza boxes and bannana peels, often getting something gooey stuck to them. "Gross," the female barked at the sight of green goo in the corner of the dumpster.

Her nose crinkled before she could finally throw something that was useful. Grabbing a take-out bag that smelled of great things, she threw it over the edge and went back to rumaging through things.

Jude watched the larger dog dig out the food, her tail wagged as she looked up, "You're very kind hearted.." she barked to this brown dog. Watching something fall from the dumpster she sniffed it slightly, Man this smells good.. she nipped at the take-out box opening it slightly. "Thank you." she wagged her tail.

"Hm, kind-hearted. I wouldn't say that. I just would like to not hear your nails against the dumpster again." she frowned, making sure the female didn't hear her comment. "Oh, yeah thanks." she barked, still digging through the trash. She stopped, looking down a tattered brown stuffed bear. It had beautiful brown buttons for eyes and looked at Cookie, drawing her in. It's white bear-belly had a small rip in it where stuffing fell lightly. She walked on top of the trash, grabbing it firmly in her mouth. Throwing it over the edge, she barked, "Don't touch that."

She returned to her work, quickly finding a decent meal of french fries and a could half-eaten burgers. Cookie glanced over the edge, her paws swung over the ledge as they hung, the dogs brown eyes staring at the concrete. She finally picked up her brains and gracefully jumped down, not getting hurt the slightest bit. "So why are you roamin' around with no pack in sight." she barked, picking up the teddy bear in her maw and softly, but firmly, gripping it around it's stomach.

Jude, who was finishing up her meal, looked at the larger dog. "My friends are up in a cave, we ran away from some humans today.." she said to the larger dog. "By the way.. My name is Jude." she barked to her. Her tail was wagging slightly as she ate some more food, and then she looked at the brown dog again.

Sloan cocked his head to the side, watching the Mastiff as she talked. he turned when she walked past, and nodded. "I see." He watched her go, his golden-brown eyes narrowing. She's a little too cocky for me, he thought, turning back to the collapsed wolf-dog. "It would be wrong to leave you here, huh?" he said to the dog, trotting closer and sniffing him. "But I can't. You'd just bog me down. If I ever got caught with him and we had to run, he'd just get us both caught when he's hurt like that. With a decisive nod, Sloan turned around and bounded away, to the beach. Maybe there was more dogs there, or some sort of action.

[Where were you at xD and who were you with? I'm Jude, I'm with Cookie at the beach, I just left Tia, Blake, and Baron in the cave. And that's all I know, because the rp has been dad for a little bit..]

Blake frowned slightly as Jude spoke, he'd never heard of Japan. Perhaps they could go there, to get away from the humans. The creases on his forehead smoothed out though as he lowered himself down onto the ground. Even if he was guarding the cave, it'd be nice to actually feel slightly comfortable. The rock was cool under the dogs belly, and he shuddered a little as he touched its flat surface, but soon relaxed again.
When Jude bounded from the cave, he looked up, concerned slightly, but bit back the question forming on his lips. She probably wouldn't like him to seem worried about her, but he was; she was one dog, out on her own in the wide, wide city. He only hoped she stayed away from the humans, and didn't get in trouble with other dogs. Glancing at Tia, he sighed quietly, "She'll be okay." He murmured, more to himself than the canines around him. Blake was trying to reassure himself that Jude didn't need saving, that she'd be fine on her own and he did not need to interfere. I'll leave it a while. If she's not back by the time it's fully dark, I'll go looking for her. Blake nodded a little, happier in the knowledge that he had a time-frame, and that within it, he had no need to worry about Jude. Although he knew he still would, a little.

Sasha sighed to her self, a feeling of sadness washing over her, much like the gentle lapping waves washed over Hylvetica's paws. So this puppy was suffering the same fate that she had. "I'm so sorry to hear that, honey," Sasha replied gently, taking a few steps toward the puppy until her own paws were touched by the gentle waves. "Thats what happened to me when I was a puppy, too." But rather than dwelling on the sadness, she allowed a warm smile to grace her muzzle, trying to change the direction of the conversation. "Are you hungry? I know some really good places to find yummy food."
