If you wanna go with a name that's more of a mish-mash of other words, I like Piscids since it's the latin name for fish (Pisces) and canid put together. (Similar to Butter Dragon's suggestion but not really the same.)

For something different, Lycaseers (Comes from Lycan, as in wolf, and Mahseer which is the genus for a type of big fish)!
