Many, many years ago, the humans were all killed, as surprising as it may seem. A disease spread across the world, growing too strong and infecting and killing too many too quickly for anybody to come up with a cure quickly enough. Those evil creatures who tore down trees and destroyed the environment of so many were gone. With the monsters of the world gone the forests became overgrown, cities taken over by other beasts, and animals were no longer killed to the point where they were near extinction. There rose a pack of wolves called the Pack of the Day that resided in a small abandoned city. This pack became incredibly powerful, and many creatures across the land started calling the alphas of this pack Gods. The Gods of the Day. The leaders of the pack were a brute named Balavan and a fae named Bellatrix. After becoming seen as gods by wolves as well as well as other animals, they made a move to take over more land. The only issue was that there was another pack that was nearly the same size in the forest that the sun pack wanted to obtain. This pack was called the Pack of the Moon. The pack of the Moon was run by the alphas Neron and his mate Mahsa. While the Pack of the Day was greedy, always waning more than they had, the Pack of the Moon was powerful, but never took more than they needed to survive. The Pack of the Day hesitated for a long time before trying to take the forest, finally allowing their ego to take control of them and telling themselves that they were more powerful than any. They made their move to drive out the other pack at night, not expecting the other pack to be ready for it. Little did they know that the opposing Pack was always ready. They knew of the Pack of the Days greed, and knew it would not be long until they tried to take their land. That night there was a bloody battle between two great packs.

Neron and Mahsa were the first targets in the battle. But the other pack did not know that they had one pup, a fae named Astra, who would take on the role of alpha. A few trusted friends of the alphas had been told to get their daughter away from the pack until after the war between two packs.

In the end, the Pack of the Moon "won' the battle, but had suffered many, many casualties, over half of their pack having been killed, but not as many casualties as the Pack of the Day had faced, and the new alphas are the new "gods". Today, there is only one pack that stands, and that is the Pack of the Moon, or as some would say the Pack of the Gods. It has been quite a long time since the battle. Many generations. Astra is long gone, as well as her pups and theirs, but the leader now is an ancestor of the original great alphas. The pack is thriving, but there are many loners in the forest and nearby city now. Those that are ancestors of the Pack of the Day, and have not forgotten that the Pack of the Moon destroyed their own pack. all they want is revenge on the pack.

Meet Khalon, the Beta male of the Pack of the Moon. Khalon is just above average sized, but it can hardly be noticeable unless you're completely focused on it. he has thick fur consisting of different shades of gray, and pale golden eyes. He has a muscular build, great for fighting but he isn't great at hunting due to his lack in speed and stealthiness. He's a friendly brute who's always looking at the bright side, and always saying that nothing could go wrong. he is incredibly loyal to his beloved pack, and would give up his life in an instant for its protection. Despite all of this he is quite ambitious. He loves to explore and have fun, and once he puts his mind to something, he will not stop until he achieves his goal. He does tend to be very stubborn, always putting up a fight to support what he believes in. He really enjoys challenges where he can test his skills against others in his pack, but he hates losing these challenges. Khalon loves the winter, play in the snow and just enjoying the cool weather. He hopes to one day find a mate and have pups, but the time hasn't come yet.

I introduce to you Aspen, the friendly little loner. Aspen is slightly below average sized with milky white fur and striking amber eyes. She has a build that contributes to her both for hunting and for fighting, though she is not incredibly lean and quick like a full time hunter or incredibly muscular like a full time fighter. Aspen is very, very sociable, to the point where it's almost ridiculous. She can not stand being alone, considering she loves to talk and play and makes friends, and when she's alone she simply can't do that. It can be very surprising to some that she does not belong to the pack, though she has considered trying to join before. Although she is incredibly friendly, she gets nervous with the pack wolves, thinking that they will try to drive her out of the forest. because of this, she avoids them. You can always find her talking to something. Whether is be a bug, a tree, or another loner she comes across. Some find her to be insane whenever she talks to objects that can't talk back, but due to her talkative nature she can't help it. She can be very protective once she grows close to somebody, which isn't hard for her, and she can be quite impatient.

The name 'Alue' means many things... -It means purity, it means new life, new blood, new love and heart...it means feelings and unending warmth and affection...it means comfort and hope and young and innocent...affection and peace...
Interesting.
...It seems they mis-named this one.

It takes a lot of compassion and heart to understand a pack... -It also takes a lot of cruelty and malicious control to keep one. Alue seemed to grasp this at birth- her bloodline following the ancient one of the 'Gods'- her training as a student taking place nearly the day she opened her eyes.
...They said she would lead them...
...They said she could do it...
...They said she was made for greatness...
...They said many things...

She certainly has grown up...taking in a luscious voice and a flirtatious tail... -But soft eyes mean nothing, really.
Alue is alpha now...though for how long? No clue... The fear of uprisings and power keeps her wary and nervous with anxiety- and despite her show of talent, she truly doesn't trust that she can lead this pack.

...And fear warped into evil, was not one of them.

This fae keeps her wicked secrets clouded and to herself...she is, after all, a 'God'...and there's no limit to how far this fae may push things.

This gray and golden female is Raika, or Rai, to only a select few. She grew up with those she now calls her packmates, and has watched as the world around them has changed oh so drastically. Many perceive her as being apathetic, but behind her pale yellow eyes lies a wolf who is extremely thoughtful and perceptive. She is constantly watching everyone around her, though she rarely chooses to comment on anything unless it strikes one of her delicate nerves. The fae has come to be even more introverted than before with the recent events that have transpired. Their entire world has been shaken to its' core, and she is having a hard time processing everything, leading her to solitude. Regardless, she will follow any orders her alpha gives, as she is more than willing to participate in a fight or be a part of the hunting party. Rai may be on the smaller side of most wolves, but she likes to think that gives her an advantage. Her petite frame allows for her to be limber and agile, skirting around her attackers or prey quickly. She prides herself in not be timid during a fight; she is on the offensive more often than not.

They will tell you that I am apathetic. That I care little to nothing about anything or anyone. They are wrong. The truth is, I'm just damn good at hiding my emotions. Even my eyes, the biggest key to a wolf's thoughts and emotions, rarely give away what I am feeling. When you're father instills in you the belief that showing is a weakness and that to love is to destroy, ever since you were a pup, you believe it, throughout your entire being. I was taught to hide my emotions,so as to become a better, harsher fighter. When in all reality, I became that, and a colder, more apathetic companion. I care, I have cared, but you can never tell, never decipher what's going on behind these golden eyes of mine; and I like to keep it that way. It's what I'm comfortable with and changing now after 4 years makes no sense to me. Despite my quiet, reserved attitude, I was also taught multiple mannerisms as a pup, from my father as well. Though we were never a part of a pack, he told me how to respect a pack's authority, and especially an Alpha's. I understand the basics of how a pack works, but the companionship that comes along with it slightly frightens me. I have rarely been in the presence of more than 5 wolves at a time, and most of the time, it was just my family. I very rarely have any social contact, one of the main reasons, I think, behind my liking of staying away from other wolves and not participating in conversations. However, if I believe my opinion needs to be known, I will spout a sentence or two, just to get it out there and into consideration. I tend to be strongly opinionated and strong-willed, which gives rise to my fighting strength and my will to win.
