hm, sometimes it's best to leave your friends to their own things. i've tried to force my interests onto my friends, but it only annoyed them.
perhaps try and find a song from mekakucity actors, the VOCALOID ones, and make it one that caters to her taste? i got into mekakucity because of hearing the song 'Summertime Record', hehe!

As " annoying " as blackstar and maybe the other characters are; at least they still kept their character. The only thing that is going to turn a loud kid into a average kid is puberty. A lot of other anime change their character personality's for plot convenience and at least in soul eater it is consistent.

I can already tell this anime season is great!

I'm watching (these are all judged off of 1st eps and I won't be including spoilers ^-^):
Musaigen no Phantom World - Looks decent, but they could easily ruin it, I'm 75% sure that I won't watch 'til the end but it's definitely not bad!

Prince of Stride - Really enjoyed the first episode, and I can't wait to see more! It just seemed enjoyable, I like how it's based off of a fictional sport (unless it's real and I just haven't heard of it?) which makes it even cooler!

Norn9 - Haven't watched any shoujo anime since Amnesia, which I didn't enjoy, but this one looked interesting, and it's actually quite enjoyable so far! Some things don't really fit together but that isn't something I personally pay attention to ^^''

Divine Gate - Probably my favourite so far. It's quite dark, and I wasn't expecting that at all, I wasn't even planning to watch this anime, since I thought it was pretty similar to Musaigen which I was already watching, but I find this one muchhhh more enjoyable ouo

I'm gunna watch ep 1 of Bubuki Buranki some time in the next couple of days and others I wanna watch this season include Ajin and Kono Subarashii Sekai ni Shukufuku wo!


Anyone else watching any anime this season? I know a lot of people are watching Prince of Stride :p

EDIT: Watched ep 1 of Bubuki Buranki and I think it's alright. The MC is kinda cliche, but the animation is really good for a CGI! I've never seen a CGI done so well ouo

By watching and reading anime and manga online for free without paying for it,you are literally killing the anime industry. They get thier funds from us buying thier DVD sets and such,but since we can just watch and read online from scanned pages,they aren't gettig enough money.
Ill have to find the video,but someone explains it.

anime is pretty pricey to produce if you look at it in comparison to how small the audience
and especially the proportion of fans who actually buy the products. being a mangaka for
a living is supposed to be pretty hard since getting a fanbase is difficult, and online scans
are read instead of physical copies sold. i'm not saying that you should buy everything you
want to watch/read because yes, it can get expensive and not everyone has the money to
splurge on merch/dvds/manga, but if you have a liking for a series, do try and support the
studio and mangaka! studios are going out of business really quickly these days. i read that
the one that produced gangsta. is bankrupt, so no second season :,c i'd say it was one of the
better anime of recent, too. so people shouldn't complain about not getting a second season
if they refuse to support them. like pantera said, it's the fans who kill the anime industry.

And dorkasaurus,that was what I meant ^^; I personally buy Bleach manga and I bought even a Grimmjow messenger bag. Of course,with my current...problems,I only get manga about once a year if Im lucky. I plan in buying things for SnK,TG and such also.
