Taren let her control over the darkness shatter, letting the shadows flee from the light. She took a confident step towards to two.
"For the record I'm no princess, and I'll do what I want." She spat the words out angrily.

William was starting to become wary. There were two hunted and only one hunter. He considered shooting the both of them now but he wasn't sure he could get both dead before they noticed what was happening. Also, if this boy was telling the truth, he would be losing a good asset. Finally he decided the best option might be to sneak away. The boy would find him again if he needed. Silently, William began backing away towards the street, where he could get lost in the people.

" I was also looking for a spot to hide. Your no bother as long as you don't try to kill me." Talitha answered plainly. She began to relax a slight bit and asked, "What's your name?"
(Sorry, I wrote the bottom half later and I wasn't very creative.)
