It's extremely painful, I was crying not too long ago.
I couldn't stand up for the first two minutes.
just sit back and relax,
maybe massage your feet but gently
don't force too much pressure and don't
stand up too long on your feet if it's still going
good luck <3

My asthma is showing its ugly little face again, and I can't access my inhaler, which is buried somewhere in one of these many boxes, behind a heavy table.. I'm too weak to move it myself and I knw that if I ask anyone else they'll just complain. I guess I'll just have to wait and hope it blows over by itself, and not lead to a full out attack.

I would get someone to get your inhaler for you, asthma attacks are no joke. Better than having to go to the er, right?

being asthmatic myself, i can help!
don't work too hard
go sit somewhere, and take deep breaths
if you can regulate your breathing and try to distract yourself it'll help stop it
sip a hot drink, caffeine is metabolized into theophylline, which is also a drug
that’s used to prevent and treat asthma by relaxing the airways.
or talk to someone; it can help distract you.
good luck, asthma is the worst and i hate it so much <3
