She is my best friend. She's always there for me, but has a big temper problem.

Hey Yort, how you doing? I'm not doing so good. Today as I went to sit down with Flight, I heard SnowRose talking about a 'system' with her friends. It seems she's gonna "put everyone in their places." I have a bad feeling about this . . .

It's been a week, Yort. SnowRose is being weirder than normal. She's writing note about people in her book, and I saw writing about their behavior and where they would best fit in . . . It's creepy.

That sorta is creepy, but not as creepy as me . . . I'll draw you a picture when you come back . . .

At various homes around the neighborhood, several dogs open the letter and inspect it. Finally, they put pen to paper and begin to write....

Um, how do I write this? Oh, okay. I'm Raven Rowell White - yes, that is my full name. I often go by Raven White - Rowell is my middle name. I'm a male and here's a picture of me.



I guess most people would describe me as flirty, charming, sarcastic and often harsh to the girls I don't like. Depends on who you talk to, really.

I'll explain a little more. I only flirt with certain girls - I do flirt and use my charm to get my way, though. I'm persuasive when I want to be. When I'm talking with girls I dislike, I'll often say something flirty, then finish off with a sarcastic, harsh retort, which probably goes in the 'rude' column, and leave before they can say another word.

I probably sound mean like that. I can be sweet to the girls I like, and I'm ashamed to say but I'm a bit of a show off and daredevil when it comes to boys. I don't have anything for boys - I'm straight and that won't change.

So... I hope I get accepted. I hope this letter wasn't too casual or anything.

I'm... oh, fine. I'll tell the truth. Just for this school-letter thing. I'm described as quick tempered, impatient, harsh or rude to the people I hate, and often violent.

With friends, though, I'm friendly and fun loving. I'm also sarcastic most of the time, and I'm easily sparked off. I love to prank, too, and my favorite animal is a hawk.

I'm straight, and I have wings that actually can help me fly. I stink at school stuff but I'm awesome in the sports section. Don't ask me about swimming, though. I hate water.

Yort. New people. In my math class, the teacher introduced a new person. There haven't been any new people for a while . . . Oh well. Her name was Skyler. Tanner tried to flirt with her, but she smacked him. A SYMPATHIZER WITH MY HATE FOR HIM! She seemed pretty cool, and SnowRose was eyeing her, writing down notes.
And I think I know what's going on. In lots of other schools, there are these . . . Sortings. She's obviously heard about it before, so why is she just starting to work on it now?

Well, anyways, I came across Raven and Tanner . . . Talking about the best way to flirt with girls.
It was awkward at first.

Another weird thing happens-

Hey, Yort,
Assyra and Tanner got in a fight, and I had to separate them. It was about Raven, Tanner's new friend. Assyra loves birds, and was freaking him out, so of COURSE Tanner gets involved. My brother is so STUPID!

I looked in the mirror this morning and almost pooped my pants.

I went to talk to Tanner and saw THIS.


And then SnowRose was AT THE DOOR. And I saw THIS.


She looks normal . . .

But then SR started talking about Deolings and demons.
And that demons sometimes have kids with mortals.
Making Deolings. And that I’m one.
And Tanner is one. And Assyra is a pure demon!
