MOD APPLICATIONS ARE CLOSED
Constellation Cats, like most other adoption centres, needs staff. That's why I've decided to hold a staff competition. I am hiring two-three mods and one-two artists. The deadline for mod forms is 8pm January 7th (AEDT) and 8pm January 12 (AEDT) for artists. Basically, people applying for mod have two days to submit their forms, whilst artist has a week. You can apply for both, but you will most likely only be picked for one.
This definitely won't be the last staff competition. As Constellation Cats continues to go, so will the staff team.
Here are some requirements for both positions.

- Be friendly, polite and always willing
to help out other people including myself
- Have a good understanding of the
Constellation Cats rules
- Be active on all of the Constellation Cats
thread unless they have to go away; if
that is the case, they PM me telling me
about it
- They also should be willing to talk with
me via PM about ideas, upcoming events,
changes, etc
- Aside from their extra moderating
duties, mods are also adopters and are
really no different from normal adopters.
Their only extra job is to help out around
the threads and talk with me and the
other mods.
- Mods get to make themselves one
free custom

- Mods get 15 each week they
moderate

✦ Requirements ✦
- Artists must make two litters per month,
but more is encouraged and always
accepted. The exception to this rule is
if they have to go away; if
that is the case, they PM me telling me
about it
- Artists must also be relatively active,
as they are part of the staff team
- Sometimes, artists may be asked to
create Constellation Cats for events,
either upcoming or current
- Aside from the fact that they create
litters, artists are also adopters and are
really no different from normal adopters.
- Artists get to make themselves one
free custom

What would you do if someone was spamming?: I would calmly ask them to stop, and inform you immediately of this.

What would you do if someone submitted a form for a Constellation Cat already taken?: I would politely inform them that someone has already taken that specific Cat, and ask that they choose another, expressing my sympathy as well. uvu

What would you do if someone was being rude?: Not only would I inform you, I would politely and calmly tell them that they should keep all mean and nasty opinions to themself, and ask that they remove their comment.

Are you willing to answer questions and help out on the threads?: of course! I have a knack for explaining and answering questions.

Are you willing to talk with Crescental and other staff via PM?: of course! That's too easy.

Why do you want to become an mod?: I would like to become a mod because I enjoy this species a lot, and I would love to help and guide others with these adopts! I also think that my skills with people and answering questions could help a lot as a mod. I would also give out opinions and ideas for events and such!

Are you/can you be active on Constellation Cats?: I sure can! And I have been planning on being rather active here.

I would kindly ask them to stop spamming through pm and inform straight away.

I would, again, send a polite pm telling them that the cat they asked for was already taken.

What would you do if someone was being rude?:
Once again I would ask them to stop being rude via pm and tell them to keep their opinions to themselves. I would also inform you. If they continued I would take it to the cs mods.

Yes I am. I will answer any questions I can and help in any way possible.

Why do you want to become an mod?:
I guess I want to be a mod because I love Constellation Cats and I really like to help out people. I really enjoy being a mod for any thread. And you're also my best friend and I really want to help you out ♥

I am on almost every day. However I'm going on holiday from the 8th - 17th and 24th - 30th of January and there is no access to wifi. So yes I can be active as long as I have wifi. I will inform you before I go away :3

I'd calmly say that the Constellation Cat that they wanted was already taken and suggest other Constellation Cats from the litter that aren't yet taken.

I would immediately inform you about them and send them a PM asking them to please stop being mean.

I'd love to become a mod because I really love these species. And even though I probably will be too late moderate anything because I'm always so late, I'd still love to help out as much as I can.

I have been a mod for Felenis (If you search for this one my username used to be Frozenluver so that's who I am on the list of mods), Jingle Belle's, and Moon deer adopts.
What would you do if someone was spamming?:
I would tell them to look at rule #3 in the general set of rules on the main forum and tell them that it clearly states that things like that are not allowed, if they continue, I would message you.
What would you do if someone submitted a form for a Constellation Cat already taken?:
I would tell them that that cat has already been taken from someone else on a previous page and then probably list out the cats that haven't been taken yet and tell them that next time they should look back a few pages on the forum before adopting to see if someone had already taken that cat before them.
What would you do if someone was being rude?:
If it's out of begging and impatience, I would probably tell nicely to be patient as the artists have lives too and they might not be able to make a new litter or finish your custom as soon as you'd like them to. It's it's out of abusing the thread I would probably ask how they would feel if you worked really hard on an adoptable and someone was saying that they looked horrible and then recommend their adoptable instead.I would probably message you as well if the situation gets bad enough.

Why do you want to become an mod?:
I've always loved being a mod and helping out owners of adoptables and clearing out problems, it's just really fun to me and I'd be happy to do that again.

Of course! I'm on almost everyday, but just a heads up that after the 13th of this month, I won't be be to be online much on Thursdays due to my Drama practice starting back up again.

What would you do if someone was spamming?: Calmly PM them asking to stop. If they don't stop, I'd report the posts for CS to take them down.
What would you do if someone submitted a form for a Constellation Cat already taken?: Calmly explain to them that the cat is already taken, and that the cats without the "Codeword: " under them are taken.
What would you do if someone was being rude?: I'd tell Crescental about them, but if Crescental isn't online I would PM them and try to reason with them.

Why do you want to become an mod?: This would be my first time being a mod, and it seems like fun! The mods will be able to take some weight off of Crescental's shoulders, and I love to help in any way I can. Especially for my favorite adoptables :D
