(yeah, but then theres still court theres a time limit on how long they have to sit normally before because they have to set a bond and see what the judge says it can be a bond or non bond bail, even so he will have to go back to court....)

"There was a small fight. And by small I mean quite a serious fight. I didn't want anybody else getting hurt, so I didn't say anything to you. Clayton is at the hospital if you wanna see him. I am going to see him later if you wanna come." Lilly replied.

His fist balled tightly at his side. He knew it was probably best he had missed the fight but he was good at fighting, at least he had been.. Not that he had liked it at all. "I guess you were just protecting me so that they wouldn't be looking for me again." Hanging his head and forcing his hand to release. "Yeah, I'll go with you to see him. He might need me to do somethings back at his place. .. I still don't know much about cattle or horses but I did get stall mucking down and I think I could feed them if I had to. .. Should I take his truck back for him? .. My licence is long expired but I can drive it back to his place." He droped his voice every time a officer looked his way.

(Usually have to stay one night and then court early the next day)

Clarissa couldn't take anymore. She had just gotten word from her brother that one of the dogs he had adopted was put in the ICU. And as much as Joseph blamed himself for it, there was nothing he did to cause that. It was just the way things turned out. Thankfully, the other nine dogs were fine and came out with a clean bill of health, apart from the fact that they were underweight. That was nothing serious. But what Clarissa was about to do was serious. After hearing that Lilly refused to help and check out the dogs just because she got mad at Joseph was infuriating. It was pure discrimination, that's what. It didn't matter that Joseph was her brother; she would feel the same even if the person was a complete stranger. Joseph finally had a change of heart and Lilly wouldn't help those helpless dogs. Clarissa had finally realized that this was a cruel and heartless world and her friends in it didn't care about the feelings of others. She was ready to end her life and she was going to do it now. She couldn't take anymore. After leaving the shelter and all the drama behind, she walked past Owen and stopped before walking on. She turned and looked at him, and with a gaze into his eyes, as if savoring their last moment together, pushed a letter into his hand and ran away. What was enclosed was as follows:

Dearest Owen,
I know this seems strange for you to get a letter, especially one from me. But I didn't know how to say goodbye and I think this is the best way. I have my reasons for wanting to leave forever, so I hope you do not question them. Although I haven't know you for a long time I have grown fond of you. Put quite simply, I have fallen in love with you. But that is besides the point now; it doesn't matter and shouldn't matter to you. What I really wanted to do was to give you this whistle that I have. My father had success in training even the worst behaved dogs using that whistle and it might help you and Higgins practice doing agility. If you haven't already noticed, he is very good with jumping and running. To finish this letter, I shall leave you with a few simple words: I wish you well and I hope everything turns out okay for you.

"Why are you so afraid that the cops are looking for you? Anyway, I will drive the truck, because if the cops find out your license has expired and you are driving, we will be screwed. So I think it's best if I drive." Lilly replied.
"If you see the cops walking around every so often, don't worry, it's not about you. I don't know why it would be, but you seem to be a bit anxious.." She added, then walked outside, not noticing Clarissa walk by.
