Personally I would accept as the bun is on the mains list I believe, but maybe get a second opinion!

I have the bun and she's really hard to trade off but yes this is huge overpay

What's the demand like for
black advent?
Also, what trade for my ur butter bun including these pets would be fair? ???+ppsmalk pup+bone pps= Ur Butterbun

The demand for the Black Advent, like I said, is insane. It can easily fetch Sorbets, even pets above the gap (examples: 1 2 3), and it definitely won't go for lesser than a Sorbet, depending of who you're trading with.

As for the UR Butterbun, they'd need to add around a Green Toxic~Red Toxic to make the trade somewhat fair. The gap between the Malk PPS Pup + Bone PPS is insane, and what they're offering is not even remotely close of adding up to your UR Butterbun. Even so, a Green/Red Toxic + Malk PPS Pup + Bone PPS is still a bit unfair to you.

Is it wise to accept this trade, or should I wait? I'm wanting to go higher up the list.

It's definitely wise to wait, you can fetch things way better with way better demand than the UR Butterbun. Even though it's a insane overpay, the UR Butterbun is very hard to trade off, and it's not very recommended to go for it. I've got paid a Nonballoon for mine, and even so, the Nonballoon still has somewhat better demand than the UR Butterbun; Regardless of it being two tiers bellow the UR Butterbun.

Demand wise, it's not worth it.

Overpay to them due to the 2 years gap.
You'd need to add around 3~4 '14 Commons to make it somewhat fair to them.

I Know it isn't fair rarity wise, but its demand is pretty high. I'm willing to overpay reasonably though.
Other people have probably received more for it, but, i want to know, would anybody trade it for less than what the other person wants from me?

I would say it's about reasonable overpay, if you're willing to.

That's fair, if unfair to them as their pets from 2011 and yours is from 2014.
