" He complained as he sloppily hobbled out the door. Raven frowned at his sons effort, " Well... Try using them at the same time to push you instead of like legs... " He pointed out and Jaxton raised a brow, " Hey... At about your head? " He asked and stared at his fathers bullet hole. Raven sighed, " It will heal by itself... My vampire side takes care of it. For the most part, Hendrix fended for himself. He hadn't seen his parents since he was, as he puts it, "like ten". They left him with a babysitter one day, and didn't come back. The babysitter left since she wasn't getting paid, so he was left alone. Lacking money and needing to eat somehow, he resulted to stealing - though not often. That's why he entered the grocery store, hands in his pockets as he walked to the produce section, snatching a single apple up. As he went to hurry out of store, the apple in his pocket, he kept his head down. He could see the door, and had almost made it right before he slammed into someone who was taller than him. He jumped back, wide eyed, and look at the person in front of him. He hadn't even realized he was holding his breath until he exhaled shakily.

Nuri rolled her eyes playfully but then smirked listening to the kids ganging up on him. Sora giggled and jumped down from Nuri's arms to hug her dad tightly. "Well I love you daddy even if you have a big fat head." She laughed and then so did Nuri but God just shook her head with a small smile. "THe Ravens ladies and gentlemen." She muttered softly then chuckled walking down the stairs and towards the door. Nuri sighed softly and began to follow her. "Alright fat heads let's go."
