Mousetail gave a swift nod, they were getting closer to the golden plain she was walking calmly but inside she just wanted to run. Mousetail kept her ears pricked and listened to any sounds from prey, she was also holding her nose high to try to catch scents "Got anything yet?" she asked Jaywing in a focused tone

He stepped out of the den, looking at the two apprentices. "A elder who WAS sleeping!", he hisses. "Dumb love bird apprentices..", he meows, sitting down outside the elder's den.

Stormpatch

Stormpatch did as directed by Willowpelt until they returned to camp. He had looked forward to confessing his feelings to Applesong, but it looked like he would have to wait for another day. He didn't mind, he knew Applesong wasn't going anywhere. When they returned to camp he noticed his apprentice, "Hey, Nightpaw," Stormpatch greeted as he passed her, heading towards the fresh kill pile to get something to eat. After finding a rather juicy rabbit, he sat in wait to catch sight of Applesong, hoping to share dinner with her.

Riverpaw

When he returned from collecting herbs with Silentstep, he decided to go check on Losteye. He had seemed agitated by something before he left, and he wanted to make sure he was okay. He walked over to the elder's den, sitting patiently. "Good evening Losteye," he mewed, "Stormflight. How are you doing?"

Sharppaw

The apprentice tom had been laying in the apprentice den for quite some time. He pretended to be asleep, the only indication of his consciousness being the active pricking of his ears, capturing all kinds of sounds. Ever since the run in with the badger, sounds were amplified. He could hear squirrels from far away, voices of his fellow clan mates wafering into his ears despite knowing they were far away. He could hear a foreign cat accompanied by Willowpelt, and could sense how far away they were by how loud their voices rang. It was unnerving to have such powerful hearing, but it wasn't comforting. In fact, quite the opposite, it filled him with a sense of uneasiness. The only thing he could think of to comfort those thoughts were Sunpaw, who seemed to be going through something similar.

And so it was that Sharppaw exited the den, ears out like satellites listening for any sign of the cute apprentice. The mystery of it was driving him mad, and so he continued his search for Sunpaw.

Willowpelt~Deputy~Shecat~27 Moons~Apprentice: Sunpaw

She shook her head, eyes closing. It seemed like CrowStar won't be coming out of the leader's den any time soon. She turned away from the den and looked at Luna, wondering where she could sleep. "The nursery is pretty empty, I suppose you could sleep there for the night.", she meowed, yawning. Willowpelt hated staying up late, her eyelids felt like they will drop any moment. She padded to the nursery, spotting a empty nest next to Featherkit's. "Sleep in that empty nest, Luna.", she meowed, tail pointing before she turned aroudn to see Sharppaw out of the den. "Sharppaw?", she meows padding up, tail sweeping on the ground. The apprentice seemed troubled and worried.

Sharppaw

The apprentice was so lost in thought, ears looking for Sunpaw's voice, that he almost didn't register Willowpelt talking to him. It seemed strange in his mind that his hearing could be heightened to such an extreme, and yet he could still nearly miss a voice so close in proximity. When he finally realized he was being spoken to, he turned to the deputy, dipping his head in embarrassed respect.

"Willowpelt," he offered, "I'm looking for Sunpaw, have you seen her? It's important." How he desperately wanted to share with Willowpelt what was going on. But he was not yet sure what his hearing meant, and he wasn't sure if the reaction would be positive.
