New year, new look!
Yeah, I've been redesigning her a lot.
But I think I'm pretty happy with this design ^-^
Changes:
Removed stripes, I always forgot to draw them anyway.
Changed leg pattern, it's no longer stripes, but a splash pattern on the paws.
Changed the tail to something MUCH easier to colour, the rainbow was a pain to shade, so I changed it to two colours.
Her paws now glow in the dark, like her tail.
There is a swirl marking on her flank
Chibi wings are a darker blue

And that's it! I drew her in a dark room to demonstrate her glowing paws and tail.

Edit: Looking back now, her head is way too small XD I usually have this problem with drawing the head too big, but my big heads look better than my small ones XD
