I want something new. We just got chameleons and dragons so I want a new reptile. What I want, I'm not sure, maybe it's a bird, we don't know (though the shape makes me doubt a bird).

Adopt virtual pets at Chicken Smoothie!I know what I want them to be but what are the chances I'll ever get dinosaur adoptables.
snakes would be cool but I can speak from the experience of a snake mama that (at least in my area) NO ONE LIKES SNAKES.
.......
so I'm just out of luck.

Reason: Look, a shooting star! Make a wish. Wait, why is it getting bigger.

Well, it's usually uncommon (not counting 2012, where it was rare). So I'm sure it will be uncommon.

A ton of things! Insects, birds, most fish, most amphibians, most reptiles, monotremes (egg laying mammals like platypuses), dinosaurs....

And you were close! Its tortoise!
(Unless I spelled it wrong too,but I'm 99.9% sure I didn't.)
Pantera. wrote:Courtesy of mom.pets.me
Turtles and snakes must cope with unusual challenges to bring forth young; turtles have rigid shells that don't open very wide, while snakes' eggs can't limit their locomotion before they are deposited. To overcome these challenges, snakes deposit oblong eggs that better fit their abdominal cavity, and turtles deposit small, round eggs that easily pass through their shell openings.
So,unless that's one weird turtle,we can count them out.
(Mods please do tell me if this counts as too graphic, and ill remove it.)
Actually there are some turtles that lay eggs like that. X3
