Khoshekh's page is just the exemplary for all his items: you can just draw him with his scarf, and his wristbands. Nothing else is needed and I'd prefer him with just the scarf and wristbands u v u <3
His wristbands have to stay in the order they're in though, since its in significance to why he wears them: and each one is based off of the design of the bean its meant for, with the left wrist being based off of Sollux and Dale, and the right being William and Cecil.

As for Dale, his items are always worn at all times, and the only addition is that he wears a wristband as well, which was a gift from Khoshekh. It is in the pattern of Khoshekh's markings and shares his colors, similar to the way Khoshekh's wristbands have the markings and colors of the beans they represent. You don't have to draw Dale's log either, thats 100% optional.
