Shiallia - Guild Thingy - Almost Everyone

Shia smiled. "Am I ready for this? That doesn't matter. I want to know if you think you're ready." Ravoo ran past shouting, and Zeph commented snidely. Shia laughed, surprised. "You guys are so weird." Maybe it's why you're so important to me... "I don't know if that's good or bad." She glanced at Ferondir. I hope he's not too stressed... "Ferondir. You can do it, I know you can."
Please be patient with me, I'm super lazy and super forgetful. If it's my turn in a roleplay, feel free to pm me, I probably forgot. Heck you know what you can pm me anytime tbh I love getting pms.

Apprentice Ferondir of Mira ~ Castle Town ~ Day 7, Late Morning

Shialia wrote:Shia smiled. "Am I ready for this? That doesn't matter. I want to know if you think you're ready."

Ferondir jumped back, avoiding being impaled on the Anouki's antlers.
Zephyrus wrote:"You can just imagine the fireworks."

Both he and Shia laughed.
Shialia wrote:"You guys are so weird... I don't know if that's good or bad." She glanced at Ferondir, concerned. "Ferondir. You can do it, I know you can."

"Thanks." He couldn't really say anything. All he could do was nod.
They followed Zephyrus into the building. "Welcome to the Guild."
The walls were adorned with tapestries, and the room was bustling. "They're all here for the test."
He led them to the far end of the room, where a wide staircase led down underground.

Arena

The two found themselves in a cavernous room lit by several star like orbs.
"This is the Arena."
"Ah, there you are, my dear boy!" shouted a familiar voice.
"Hello, Master," Ferondir said, bowing.
"And young Zephyrus and Shialia, too." Ferondir's mentor said, turning to her. "I assume you're going to be his apprentice?" He winked good naturedly.

Shiallia - Arena - Ferondir, His Mentor, Zeph, Ravoo

Shia wasn't sure what her friend's teacher was implying, but he seemed amused about something. She didn't want to think about it, and definitely didn't want to know what it was. "That's the plan, I think." She smiled eagerly, shoving her awkward attitude away. "I'm really excited!"

Apprentice Ferondir of Mira ~ Castle Town ~ Day 7, Late Morning

The old man chuckled. "He's a good kid." He got a far away look in his eyes. "I remember when Oterok chose me as his Apprentice. That was the year my life completely changed, but for the better, I think." He chuckled again, and focused once more on them. "You couldn't have a better guide."

Cassie was as confused. And that was it. At one point she was slapping Zeph across the face, next she was throwing someone from the stairs, and then they were back at Veneficus' place. It all happened too fast for her. As they landed back into their own time Cassie just wanted to rest. Everything was a whirlwind of madness. She wanted to make sure everyone was okay, but she couldn't really say much as to what was going on. She was pulling herself together trying to figure out what had just happened. She sat on the floor for a while breathing heavily as she collected her thoughts. She was handed a sword by Veneficus and he told her that it was a sword of light and dark energy that could be split into two daggers, one of light and one of dark energy. Cassie decided to stand up to take the sword. Cassie held the blade focusing on the way the energy moved through it. You could see the faint glow of white and black as it moved through the sword. "Cool...This is way better than my two daggers. Thank yo-" She stopped mid phrase and looked over and saw Sapphire weeping being comforted by the others. Cassie then remembered, Amethyst was dead. There wasn't anyway she was coming back. Cassie felt a need to go over and comfort the zora. However something was telling her not to. Sometimes the best way to comfort someone is to not say anything at all. Sometimes saying something like "It's going to be okay." Can just make it worse. And Cassie didn't feel as if she could relate. Cassie had never lost anyone as important as a sibling before. Or had she? For some reason she felt like she had lost someone. Someone important. Such as that of a brother or sister. As Cassie was thinking this, something came to mind. A thought that was more like a memory. She could hardly see what it was. What she did see was bright red and orange flames flaring across the sky. She also saw a light view of a little boy with light hair. The same little boy with the sparks she had visioned when she saw the tree house back in Mira Village. She could hardly tell, but the little boy looked like he was crying and she could most certainly tell he was screaming as well. The flames grew brighter and brighter until... she snapped out of it. She saw nothing more. Cassie felt a wave of emotion pass over her. Cassie almost felt like screaming herself, but she held it together and kept it in. "Was that a memory? Or just a thought? But that doesn't make any sense. That was a memory, but what of? It had the same little boy in it again as before. But who was it of?" As she though about it something else came to mind. The little boy from what she could see looked like he had white hair. She though about it for a little bit. "That little boy...almost kind of looked like...." Cassie's thoughts were soon cut off as she saw swirling light surround her and everyone else. She then realized they were teleporting somewhere. They then were back in castle town in front of a strange building of some sort. "What's going on?" Cassie said as she dismissed the thoughts of the little boy and the flames. She knew that all it was going to do was stress her out. She then saw Ferondir, Ravoo, Shia, and Zeph walk into the building. "Hey wait up!" She followed after them and walked into the building herself. Cassie went into the building, but was confused as to why she walked in. No one else from the group seemed to be following them. "Hey Zeph I hate to be a bother but, what's going o-" Her words were cut off as the door slammed shut behind her. "Oh.... Was I not supposed to come in here?"

Shiallia - Big Guild Room - A ton of random people, including Ferondir, his Mentor, and Zeph.

Shia didn't know Ferondir's mentor very well, but she was fairly sure he was right. There was a pause, like she should say something, but nothing came to mind. I'm lucky to have such a great teacher, but I'm luckier to have such a great friend. "I know."

Apprentice Ferondir of Mira ~ Guild Arena ~ Day 7, Late Morning

Ferondir hid his smile.
Her confidence in him didn't mean nearly as much as this. She thought him to be a good guide.
"Thank you." He turned to his mentor. "I learned from the best." He pointed to the center of the arena, which was fenced off. "That's where the whole thing's going to be. I'm going to have to deal with whatever is there."
His mentor nodded. "It's very exciting this year." He winked at Ferondir. "But I should get back to the other judges before they think I'm giving you tips." He disappeared into the crowd.
"Come on, we should check in." Ferondir said. He turned to Zeph. "This is where we part ways, my friend. Ravoo, you too. See you!"
He led Shia to a truly ancient woman. "Mistress Dwynwen, I'm here for the test."
"Hello, Ferondir, how have you been?" Her eyes found Shia, and she barely hid her disgust. "This is your apprentice?"
Mistress Dwynwen is known for being a little picky about her friends. Being from a noble bloodline sometimes does that.
