Ok this is very weird. So after going through map 4 a few times I got Tonbokiri......and it turns out he has the lowest drop rate in the map..Hige being second lowest. I might have a chance to get him...he's just yet to show up.

then enter the code....its not working for me...besides its just the default bg with a banner...which is not that exciting.
