As soon as the word's came out of his mouth, he knew he should have kept it shut. He realized how loud he was and quieted down again.
"I'm sorry, it's just, my father was actually a rouge. I never knew him, but I've heard some pretty bad things about him from others. He was the one who convinced my mother to abandon me when I was a kit. It was a rough leaf-bare and she just didn't want the extra work of raising me, so she ran of with him and left me here."
He spun around at the Scartail's yelling. Where was Tigerpaw?! Oh no, she must have spooked and ran off. He turned again to Foxpaw,
"Tigerpaw just ran off!"

Deerpaw walked over to Robinpaw. "U-um. Hi? Sorry if I'm interrupting something. If you want, we could take that walk you were talking about earlier." She said quietly as she looked at him with hopeful blue eyes.

Foxpaw widened her eyes and jumped up, catching the last of the red blur. "I think she might have gone after it thinking it could be one of the rouges." She said quickly, looking to Cloudpaw slightly scared. "Should we tell Wildstar?"

Whiteriver bounded after him. Her paws thundered against the rough soil as she ran. She steadied her breathing as she jumped the occasional log or weaved around the large steady trees. She was having fun, and she was sure she'd beat Ravenpaw.

"The walk? Ah okay then." He purred before standing up. Robinpaw was stopped by Eaglepaw who's whispered to tell him about it when he got back. The other male nodded before he trotted out of the camp and waited for Deerpaw to follow.

Eyes wide in shock, he quickly nodded and signaled Foxpaw to follow him to Wildstar's den.
"Wildstar! Tigerpaw thought Scartail was serious about a dangerous loner and thought is was one of the male rouges who killed her clan! She ran out of the camp really fast!"

Deerpaw smiled and padded after him. "Did you have anywhere specific in mind or just random?" She asked curiously as they walked farther from camp. She could feel butterflies in her stomach. What was wrong with her? She didn't understand. Robinpaw was just another apprentice, just like her.

Foxpaw nodded and quickly followed him. "She's more than capable in handling herself but she's still an apprentice. She might need help. We have to send someone after her!" She said clearly worried.

Ravenpaw pushed harder on his hind paws and worked to lengthen his stride as he heard Whiteriver close behind him. He darted under a log just in time.

"Maybe the creek? We could have a water splashing contest?" He suggested. It was once in a blue moon Robinpaw would suggest something fun to do. He would let the other cat decide or just shrug. Today he finally got courage to speak his mind.

She had him in her sight, better not get distract-, her thoughts were interrupted as she slammed into the very same log Ravenpaw had ducked under.
"Ugh..." She groaned. She wobbled unsteadily for a moment, but shook her head.
She walked shakily around the log. I've got to catch up, she thought as she leapt forward. She was surprised to find that her shoulder didn't agree with jump, and a thundering pain shoot up her right foreleg. This wasn't enough to stop her as she continued to run anyway, biting back a yowl of pain. She wasn't as fast or as graceful as before, but she shot forward anyway, all the while biting back her pain.
