She's gorgeous, and I am sure she is well loved and cared for!

1.If you are a runner up in a contest, do you always get a RU plumie?
2. Can you own plumerians that are mated? (You own both mates?)
3. How is a plumie related?
4. Where do you announce that plumies are mated?

1. If the artist says something along the lines of "I would like to give a runner up to ____" or something like that, that means a runner up is being granted. It's different from honorable mentions, which are forms that caught the judges eye, but didn't quite get a runner up, which may be because of time constraints, being a ga, etc.

2. I think you can, although you might want to develop them through headcanon and/or art. It may be better to try to interact with other plumerian and see if personalities, you know, click.

3. I don't really understand this question, unless you mean family relations, which is just like a regular family, mom, dad, brother, sister, etc.

4. You can announce it on the fanclub, as that is where it'll more than likely be seen ^-^
