Does anyone have an idea of who/where Ned is (the minigame)?

He's in the bakery, in North Nulora. I think there's a pie on the building. It's not that hard to spot.

Since I'm not exactly the most attentive person, I'm on the next quest and totally lost... I'm supposed to follow the "northern route", and I've gone all the way up north to the caves and still nothing. Any help?

I always click too fast and do all the naughty things. For the quest, you have to go on the northern route, but go right instead of up right before the caves
