I want to draw it traditionally but how do we send it in? Take a picture and send it to you? Or ...?

You can scan it in with a printer or take a picture. Then upload it to an image site or the site.

Another Question, do you want it cartoony, like that cartons you see on TV with exaggerated facial features or cartoon looking but normal features? Because I draw Cartoons all the (with exaggerated features) and it's kinda hard for me to draw the realistic cartoony kind...?
