Fingers crossed to everyone who's pets have to grow tonight or not o3o

I'm really bummed out when I missed adopting offline pets! I really wanted to get an offline list pet, like a toxic or a sorbet and see what outcome it'll turn out...

Aww!! He grew!! I checked him a little while ago and he was at 9 days and still under his blanket and now he's grown!! Two more to go, hoping for at least one Yellow Tox! <3

Im just curious, are these pets preprogramed to know what they are going to grow into already? Or is there some random "generator" behind it that works on a day to day basis in deciding? Im just curious of course.
