Feeling her kits starting to eat she got a new burst of energy and opened her eyes lifting her head to make sure all her kits were accounted for. She started purring again as she watched them.

"Okay, I'm going to go back and get more herbs," Emeraldsky told Silverstrike, her voice calm. Rushing back to the medicine cat den, Emeraldsky hoped she still had the herbs she needed. Thoroughly searching through her herbs, she found a small, dry collection of burnet. "I hope this is good," she muttered, turning to the small dent in the floor filled with honey. With the burnet leaves clutched in her jaws, Emeraldsky pawed out a honeycomb soaked in honey. Somehow containing both herbs in her mouth, she headed back to Silverstrike. Once at her destination, she dropped the items next to Silverstrike and lifted up the burnet leaves with her paw. "Eat this," she commanded kindly.

She nodded and took the leaves eating them still feeling weak. She hated this but she would survive although she had to talk to Faithstar about making her an elder when the kits were apprenticed.

Larkwillow's heart flutters when one of her crushes name is called. She smiles at him, instantly the happiness of receiving her warrior name fading away. I wish Thrushpaw was becoming a warrior, too... she thought sadly. I'm so happy both Thrushpaw and Thornpaw like me back, but I have to get real. In the end, I can only choose one. But how could I ever choose? I love them both... Larkwillow sighs, and hangs her head.

Pepper sighed, walking up to Emeraldsky with the raspberry leaves in her mouth. "Emeraldsky, I know you're busy right now..." she began, dropping the raspberry leaves by the Medicine Cat's paws. "I got as many raspberry leaves as I could find. And I apologize, but I forgot what borage was...."





"Age doesn't matter, Sunpaw," Lionlight purred playfully. "If you don't want to play, we don't have to. Truth be told, I'm more interested in watching the living cats through the pool of stars. I just wanted to see if you'd like to play."

She looked up at Greer mate as her stomach grumbles and she nuzzles him back "food would be nice, Leaftail. Gotta keep the milk flowing for these kits." She said playfully.

Emeraldsky nodded, agreeing with Silverstrike. "You should get her some food," she replied to Leaftail, turning to Pepper as the she-cat addressed her. "Well, borage is a strange flower. It's petals are a soft, royal blue. Spike-looking leaves sprout up in between each petal. Anyway, look for that flower. The leaves are what I would like, please," she meowed. "Before you go to search for the borage leaves, please take the raspberry leaves back to my den, please," Emeraldsky added with a smile. Nodding toward Silverstrike, she added, "If you need energy, have the honey." Emeraldsky lifted her paw up in the direction of the honeycomb drenched in honey about a mouse-length away from the queen.
