Dobbin saw the horses starting to fight, "no! stop!" she screamed, running now.

Lynette turned where Dobbin was yelling. It was Icy! She ran with Dobbin, hopping over the fence and pulling at Icy's halter away from Meadow. "Stop it! Dobbin, can you hold Meadow? I'm going tyo put Icy away in her stall. Thanks." She said, clipping a lead rope to Icy Summit's halter and putting her in her stall.

Meadow snorted. She ran to the fence, and slammed up against it.

Icy reared and kicked the stall door, neighing loudly.

"Sure!" Dobbin said, acting fast. This horse needs to be calmed down, she thought. She lunged at the horse, grabing its halter. "Easy, easy." she said softly, trying to calm the horse. Gently, but smoothly, she ran her hand down the horses face, watching its eyes.

Feeling her hand touch her nose, Meadow pulled away with a loud snort.

"Sush, shhhhh" Dobbin said quietly, "Its ok girl. shhhhh." She tried to gently put her hand back on the horse, "Its ok girl, I won't hurt you."

Meadow stamped her hoof and pulled some more.

Seeing that the horse was destressed, Dobbin stoped trying to pet the horse, but still talked to her. "Meadow, calm down girl. Its ok, calm. There is no use trying to fight me." ((haha it sounds so weird in text but when you are talking to a horse, trying to calm them down it doesnt!))

Meadow slipped out of her loose halter and trotted away, clearly frustrated.

"No." Dobbin said to the horse sternly, walking over and sliping the halter back on. She looked into the horses eyes for a long moment and then started leading her back to the barn.
