It is your and your trading partners choice to consider demand or not. Rarity wise, it is fair. But demand wise, I recently traded my raven away for a july pup (that was crazy overpay). They usually go for mid to low main list pets.

This one is unfair to you. Your rat has bad demand but its a 2008 very rare so their pets dont equal it.
