It's not. They would have too add quite a bit, what they added barely dents the gap between the two pets.

Unfair to the toxic ^*^ Yellow toxics have quite a bit demand, also they can be quite hard to obtain

No I believe they both have about the same amont of demand. If anything, the toxic probly has more demand than the non-balloon.
