2 '08 UR Cats + Coontail = UR Tiger?

is this fair demand and rarity wise?
if not id love some suggestions on how to make it fair uvu

rarity wise yes, demand wise no. to make it fair demand wise, the person offering the cats and coontail would need to offer something of higher demand, such as the dog tag. to make that more fair for both rarity wise, i think they could do 2 ur cats and a dog tag, for the ur tiger, with some advents and a september listie of high demand. not 100% on demand tho, so a second opinion probably would be good for maximum fairness

Rarity wise, they are overpaying by almost a whole UR cat. If they replaced one of the cats with a sorbet, it would be about fair. But demand wise, im am not 100% sure. I know I have seen people pay sunjewels+ for them, so obviously it's pretty good. I would get a second opinion for the demand aspect.

for ?
(2008 October - 2009 May - both very rare)

I'd say the owl is worth only a bit more than the 2008, mostly because of the dates, but you could do the 2008 and a 2011 rare for the owl to make it more fair. But the owl has some demand, so maybe even add a 2010 rare.

unfair to you due to the rarity and slight demand for your German Shepard dog, and the fact that they only added one '09 rare, when two would be needed.
