All that repeated in his mind was death and he could even see a choice of how he was going to die clearly. Icepaw looked over at Silentpaw before he padded on over to her. "I'm going to die tomorrow." He meowed as he got closer to her.

Rosesong stood. She wasn't afraid of Dryclan, she wasn't afraid of Crackedstar; the only thing Rosesong ever feared was losing the ones she cared about. She shook her dark pelt once more and looked at Romulus. "Even without having a mentor yet, I would gladly help you train. Now lets get you some food." Rosesong mewed. "Don't worry Blossomstar, Crackedstar isn't gonna hurt anymore of our clan without a good fight. I will work on a few strategies with Romulus before sunrise." Rosesong spoke to her leader with gentle yet almost fiery words. She bowed her head to her leader and padded off, flicking her tail to tell Romulus to follow. "We'll get you some food and then start on fighting techniques. I'm not letting Crackedstar defeat our clan." she mewed. She smelled another hare and crouched low to the ground.

"We'll need more herbs and an extra set of paws to help, but I wish that DryClan wouldn't be fighting in their poor health" she mewed before looking at Icepaw and smiling happy that he was there.

Tornear looked down at Petalpaw when she came over to him, "No, I think that Rosesong or Pinetail is more your speed of training. They'll be gentler, and more patient with you than I could" he mewed trying to push her away with his paw.

"Thank you silent paw" she said great fully as she leans against her what's with my leg? I thought to myself before listening carefully. "O would fight if I was in the condition. I just think I would be dead weight though" I said tobsilent paw. "I can help with herbs if you Like. Its better than me doing nothing" she said with a smile

Blossomstar started to get worried herself. "If they really can't defend the camp, with my permission, they may... Help the medicine cats?" She mewed as she saw what fawn will do with herself. "But if they are just hurt and not too badly injured or too weak, they must. Icepaw, if you would prefer, you don't have to defend the camp" she mewed reassuringly. "We'll make it through this. No need to worry" I wish I could believe myself. I keep saying it over and over again. she thought. What if we don't make it? What if someone dies?

"And what if they don't know herbs either? Will they be trapped in a den? Other clan cats to protect them until the fight is over?" He called out again. Icepaw assumed that Fawn knew nothing on herbs and honestly, if that was so, he didn't want to work with her. He turned back to Silentpaw and mumbled, "Because I'm weak. I'm a runt and a bit dwarf and I can't do anything." Only herbs I know because that's all I watched and learned secretly as a kit. He continued on in thought.

"I think that you could always help, and learn. Once everyone starts their duties I can teach you the basic herbs needed to treat the basic injuries" she mewed as she turned her gaze to Fawn.
