Noah jumped out of his seat when the bell signaling the end of his fourth class finally rang. It's lunch, finally, he thought with a smirk on his face. He walked outside, waiting by the entrance, for the new girl, with a smile on his face. He knew she should be here any minute now. He fixed his hair in the reflection of the window, making sure everything was perfect. He ran his tongue over his sharp incisors, wondering how much longer he could wait for this girl.

Eleanor hopped out of her seat, and ran through the hall to her locker. She grabbed her lunch, a fairly nice one too, and began to walk towards the courtyard of the school. She uncomfortably sat down outside, not having anyone to sit with.

"Oh, I know a shortcut to the art room," said Julian. "You have to go outside though. Follow me." Julian led her out a door, and then along a path that led to the other side of the school.

Noah frowned. "No...why are you asking?" he said a bit hesitantly. Why would she ask an odd question like that. He tried to just shake it off. He realized what he was doing must be a little creepy. He felt his cheeks go red from embarrassment.

"It's fine. I mean you seam like a nice person" she flashed him a sweet smile "so where's class?" She smiled at him

"It's, umm, right ahead." Julian stood in the woods, waiting for her to go. At this rate he was already going to miss half of his class by the time he walked back, so he decided just to skip class. He was also, oddly, quite smart, and could skip a weak of school and easily catch up.
