Reedtail couldn't help but puff up her tail nodding. She looked around, trying to put together a hunting patrol with a good number of apprentices. "It's going to be low tide soon, Redfeather could you lead a patrol with Duststorm, Swampfoot, Spottedpaw, Sagepaw and Emberflight? The paws can work on their hunting skills, be careful of the tide, waters are high lately. Do you want to stick to the swamp or grasslands, we can form two patrols." She blinked looking around, thinking of others things that need to be done. Mostly just hunting but a kittypet had been nosy lately, she could lead a border patrol. "Ashstar, would you like to join Mistsong and I with our apprentices for a border patrol? I have scented kittypet closer and closer, it would be good for battle practice. Any paws not going out on patrol should check in with their mentors, including seeing if anyone needs to tend to Alligatorbite, or help gather herbs with Oakflower." She dipped her head, purring, that should be all. The ginger warrior looked around anxiously hoping she did the right thing.
Spottedpaw came barreling out of the apprentice den, landing square on her mentor's shoulders from her higher vantage point in the tree tops. "Hi Duststorm! What are we doing today? Hunting? Fighting? Patrol?" The small she cat jumped off, tail lashing in a playful hunters crouch. "Common hurry up!"
Mistsong blinked lazily watching her apprentice try and sneak back into the camp. "Swiftpaw. What are you doing? You know you cant go out in the swamp at night, and you are not supposed to train without a warrior accompanying you." The pointed she cat walked over the younger tom, sniffing him and judging silently. "Have you been getting enough rest? Enough to eat? You look like you are going to blow over in this wind. Maybe we shouldn't go on border patrol today." The she cat sat back judging his reaction cooly with accusing cold eyes. "You need to take care of yourself."
May stretched out in the sun light, lazily looking around. She spotted a flash of ginger and walked over to her twoleg, rubbing against his legs. She let out a small squeak, asking to be let outside. The large twoleg made it's happy sound and picked the calico up, causing her to purr and rub against them, she was taken outside, sent down on a soft warm pillow to sunbath. When the twoleg turned to go back she stretched, dashing up the wooden fence spotting a friend, Maple. "Hello Maple, what are you doing?"
