It's rather low. They typically go for huge trade downs. Sometimes not even half what they are actually worth

The Cocoon is in fact a List pet. So this makes it unfair to you. If you aren't aware of list pets i'd advise Looking through the Guides and Learning about them

It could have been but it didn't turn into the pps outcome so it will grow into a b-wolf which when I looked wasn't on the list other the pps outcome :)

ah okay ! i thought it was a very high pet to be on my auction haha, still a good trade though. it's just i have been offered some advents with good demand so x

The second one is better because i believe that that PPS dog is a list pet. They are also offering Warrior cats and they have great demand. But i don't think it is quite fair. Please get second opinion if i am false.
