It seems fair, going by the three month rule and by them all being the same rarity, but I'd get a second opinion. ^^

In comparison to these trades, what one is more fair rarity and demand wise?

The first bid is worth more as the rat is higher up as well as the items is in very high demand, but the rat has low demand.
The second bid the Skeleton PPS has rather decent demand but lower on the List.

This is rather tough but i would go with Bid 1 as it's worth more than bid 2

I would think you're overpaying, as the Android is a list pet. However, as I'm pretty bad with the list, you should probably get a second opinion. Maybe remove the android and possibly replace it with a different pet? Sorry if its wrong
