Small suggestion:
Making a good alicorn OC is quite hard, but a good step (in my opinion) is to make them unique. Making a oc that is related to Tia or Luna can trap your character into a certain role. Also, think of a unique thing your alicorn represents. Tia and Luna control the day/night, Cadence love and Twi magic, think of something else :3 Commonly used ones are nature or one one the elements, let your imagination fly! You've named your alicorn Olympea, I'm guessing after greek roots, so think about where you can take that. The leader of Olympus was Zeus, maybe light? Just a suggestion :3 Also, if you are going to have her born as an alicorn, it will be very hard to make her a smoothy history. Only two alicorns are naturally born like that so far (we'll have to see if Skyla comes around in season 6) and their histories are pretty unknown, so there is nothing to base your's off. If you have an idea in mind,then use it, but if you are still in the process please consider this.
