° Rafaël made a turn to his right and opened up the tall double doors that led into the magnificent library, quite possibly his favorite place in the manor. It was always so quiet, the only sound being the gently crackling fire in the fireplace. He spent as much time as he could in there, but he, eventually, always had to return to the lobby or one of the main rooms and straight into the socializing. He wasn't very good at socializing, seeing as he was not the best at speaking English. He still had much to learn, but he could speak all the German he wanted to. Unfortunately, no one in the manor knew much German. He was condemned to stuttering in the majority of his sentences.
His eyes flitted to one of the bookcases, where he saw Germaine Benjamin. He was very familiar with the ghost who spent all his time in the library. Rafaël smiled softly at the thought of him. He was quite protective over the library and all the books, so Rafaël felt he never really had to worry about anything happening when he wasn't around, for Benjamin most likely had it under control. He hadn't seen Erik yet, but there was no telling where the cat was. He tended to wander sometimes. With another soft sigh, Rafaël raised a hand and gently brushed his fingertips against the spines of the books on the shelf next to him.

《A quiet knock took to the door. Mute, as usual, had their umbrella at their side, and took a second to let their intuition don't the talking. Old house. A long rich family bloodline probably lives here. Well-taken care of. Possibly maids and butlers. That lead them to think. ]'If there are open positions, I'd surely be able to take up a job, and I could take sanctuary here for now.' the quick thought brought a small smile to their masked face. They turned back to the door, and waited to see if someone would answer. The snow was pretty hard out, so Cheshire took a moment to enjoy, daydreaming a bit.》

✥Ignace Labelle✥

Ignace heard the knock, and swiftly finished up his dusting, walking briskly towards the door to open it with a curt bow. "Hello, may I help you?" He says in a polite voice, his French accent only slightly noticeable, taking in the sight of the person on the doorstep. His mind was automatically judging them, taking in minor details and sorting said details into boxes that were not exactly kind in description. One of these days his judgmental streak was going to get him grievously injured, but he'd deal with that later.

✘Germaine Benjamin Marie West✘

Hearing someone else enter the library, Benjamin let out a small sound of annoyance, floating around the shelves and through the shelves to see who it was. Oh. Rafaël. Benjamin had no problem with the man, and as much as he was protective of his beloved library, he had enough sense to know who really owned the manor. Not to mention, he'd never had a problem keeping the library clean when Rafaël was around, he always seemed to put things back neatly. Benjamin floats quickly past the elder Zielinski, skating over him. Though dead, his being gives off an oddly wind-like feeling, cold and typically unnerving. Benjamin flits back to hiding behind bookshelves, taking the time to re-sort some books whilst keeping an eye on his library's occupants.

《'Good afternoon, sir. My pen name is Cheshire-Mute. I've come here today in order to herald news.' The words popped up on the mask, and they nodded in respect. Cheshire was well aware they were being judged. They could see in Ignace's eyes a confining judgemental mentality. For Ignace, the world tinted blue, drowning out everything but the outlined objects, for a second. Cheshire, with an elegant motion, held out a price of parchment. They themselves wished to look for both all of the good and bad traits of this person whom he had encountered, out of pure curiosity. They knew their prompting of character would be a very simple task. They also hoped that Ignace would notice that he was mute.'I must get this to the master of the house. Would you kindly allow me to convresate with them? It, in all greviance, is not good news.' their head ever so slightly dipped. 'My condolences. In spite of the current situation, I'd hope that my abrupt intrusion hasn't interrupted any current affairs in the household.》

Ignace narrows his eyes slightly, staring at the words that appear on the person's mask. His job dictates he be polite to guests,at least for a little while, so he keeps his judgement to himself, but still he is wary. Then again, this is a formal enough individual so far that he does not have much to say against them. "Hm?" Ignace examines the paper for a moment, as if scrutinizing it's legitimacy, then he straightens and nods. "Very well, visiteur. Let me show you to the sitting room." Ignace holds the door open wider, stepping out of the way to let the person pass. He very well sees something odd about this new individual, and keeps his powers on call in preparation. If anything was to go wrong...Well, of course, he'd be fired and that just won't do. Ignace keeps a weary eye in the back of his mind.

Faith looked through the books on a bookshelf next to a tall window. She sighed, not finding anything that seemed interesting to her, and moved to another bookshelf. It was larger than the other one, and contained more promising results, she thought.

《'Sir Labelle, are you alright? You seem on edge. If my alienated enterance sets you off,I can leave.' Upon further examination, Mute had excellent posture. They held a smell of flowers and wood, and they seemed like they weren't from the country. They wore a black watch plaid double-breasted trench coat, with sleeves rolled up. Their arms and legs were governed by black fingerless gloves and knee-high black boots. They were rather short. They were very strange, despite their dancer-esque mannerisms. Their head betrayed a curt nod, and they looked in their bag, that was strapped across their shoulder for another letter. They pulled it out, and handed it to them. The blue tint returned to Labelle, and this time,it stayed. Mute seemed completely unaware of this strange occurrence. A '?' popped up on the screen-like mask. 》

Akiko shuffled when she heard sounds in the library and soon Erik was next to her. "Seems like people are interested in the library again. I know how you don't like to been seen like this so follow me." Erik said to her and walked towards behind one if the bookshelves. Akiko quickly followed him and watched as he clicked something on the floor and a gap grew in the wall. "When did the manor have this?" Akiko whispered to him and he replied "For a long time it seems. There's at least one in everyone from what I could tell." Akiko nodded and walked into the passageway before Erik closed it again.

After he closed the passage he turned and trotted off. He was curious who was there and happened to see Benjamin. After all it seems to be true that cats have a 6th sense. "You might as well dust stuff off while you are at it." Erik said before trotting off to the couch. He liked to nap on the couch near the fire.

"Uou know, wanting some tuna and a nap." Sora said and a dreamy look can across her face. Sora loved tuna and any type of fish in fact. Tuna just seemed more easy to have though.
