That sounds so fun!
We have my mom's parents come every year for xmas, and on Xmas Eve we open stockings, track "Santa", and make reindeer food and the younger ones sprinkle it on our driveway.

There's always a lot of baking involved . . . . A few days/weeks or so before xmas we all pick names from a bowl to see who is doing whose stocking. We go out to get the tree, and then we put on the lights and the ornaments . . . . It's really very pretty and fairy-like at night. We also watch a lot of Christmas movies and listen to carol-y music. On xmas eve, we all go to bed thinking we'll never asleep and end up doing so after putting the stockings on the table under a big sheet (since we don't have a fireplace). Then when we wake up on xmas, we all toddle to the kitchen and start pulling out presents from the stockings. Then we head tot the living room and start opening up presents. We still haven't figured out a way to unwrap the books last. Sometimes we'll visit relatives on my dad's side for a Christmas party . . . . One of the most memorable ones for me was when I got food poisoning on xmas eve. This year, we're actually moving our Christmas celebration so that we do our New Year's Origy (however it's spelled) on the same night as Christmas. I think that's all our Christmas traditions.

24th - Noche Buena, basically a feast. We used to do it with a lot more family members but now we don't so food portion got a lot smaller. At least I can stay up all night ;v;
25th - Midnight, open presents, get money. Sleep the whole day.
The listed things above only apply if we didn't fly to the other part of the country, otherwise big food, maybe time to go to the beach, just minus the presents ;v;
Yeehaw, pardner!

Sometime we travel to California to visit my grandma and aunt and her wife, but this year we're having christmas here! My friend wen't to pick a tree with us, and it's her very first tree! Not like an age thing, but she finally was able to be around to come get one and was absolutely ecstatic xD Although, apparently she's had one before but it was sadder than a charlie brown tree if that's possible. It was like a branch stood up like a tree O_____o
Then on Xmas eve we all open one present to get us hyped for the 25th. And then we all sit by the fire place and drink eggnog and watch The Grinch Who STole Christmas (animated one) and I always watch a Garfield Christmas xD Won't get old even if I do. Go grandma arbuckle you play that piano!
